  1. Exceptional job - At one point I'd tried a mega-project like that (Save the theming; I wanted an Intamin Looper like Temple Du Peril)- but sadly, it was destroyed by act of C-A-T. Nice work- I'd ask for a POV shot- but that might be a bit difficult!
  2. Although that's not really a RCT III question, I'll answer it anyway: 1.) Read your manual on your computer. 2.) Look for the 'FN' key along the lower side of your keyboard- Press and HOLD that key, then Hit the appropriate 'F' key- and there you go. 3.) READ YOUR COMPUTER'S MANUAL. R.D. 3. I donate time, effort and money to St. Mary's Foodbank Alliance- Everybody should be able to eat.
  4. NICE PICS. And the video's good too! And how long will it be before BGW starts to drop some hints on the new ride???
  5. THEN GO FOR IT. There is still six days left!
  6. I'd say roll it to next week- but that might be a bit much- Perhaps Moderator's Choice?
  7. Ummmm- No content, No Thread. Sorry- but unless you're POSTING a Photo TR from your park to open the thread, it can't stay open. R.D. Games Forum Moderating Team
  8. Add in yet another site: Number five, for Coaster Test Pilots, Inc. View the site- and their YouTube Video HERE! It's full-tilt boogie time, folks- and the heat has just started.
  9. Coming from an Orthodox Jewish family from Brooklyn (I know, how RARE! Jews in Brooklyn!) I had some issues in dealing with my family: For the most part it was, "So, nu?" for some to "Whaddaya mean hes 'fegele' " from others. Overall, I don't think I'd have been able to stay in the closet for too long- I had too many shoes! Being the first 'truly' out member of my family (My Aunt Mel doesn't qualify- we KNEW she was a Dyke, but she never talked about it- despite that she played Tennis, Golf and Softball...) has been a challenge- in some ways a good one. You do learn quickly your defense mechanisms- and when it's better to go for a long walk rather than being around them when they get preachy. The reaction of your parents (Father, in this case) is tough to judge at a distance. In a lot of ways, it's the hardest thing you will ever do in your entire life- as it's opening up a different world on the other side. I came out when I was 17- and still in HS, so for me it wasn't that easy to do; In hindsight, I'm glad I did it when I did. Granted, today, people have a much better sense of being queer in today's society- so a lot of the hinkies that are were associated with it are gone- thankfully. Homopobia, let alone hate in any form, has no place to exist in the modern world. If anything, i'd say 'wait' till you're absolutely certain that you're going to be able to handle the reactions of your father- whether that's six months or two years down the road or longer- but be sure you're able to handle the emotional side, as much as anything else. And whatever you do- I cannot stress this enough- do NOT come out to him as a 'weapon' when there's a fight.
  10. In this campaign, everything is a potential clue- and YES, you're not the only on to see that- I added the file to my favorites- as that was sort of where the arrow was pointing me to!
  11. Welcome to TPR- and what wonderful work! Feel free to ask any questions you might need to know here- we're all around to help out. Photos are easy to upload from our site- simply load them into the bottom of the system (Where it says 'post photos or files) and give it a label! Since we're not restricted bandwidth wise, your pics will always be safe here. I look forward to seeing more of your works- and you might check out the VirtuTPR thread in this forum- your park is MORE than worthy of going in there! R.D. Games Forum Moderating Team
  12. Another great update, Hanno- That little park (to me) looks so wonderful in every way- classic, small park and has a 'charm' to it that I've yet to see in a lot of the Japanese parks. Perhaps it's me and living in the Desert- but all those lovely green trees did look great!
  13. I'm truly looking foward to this... but I have to ask: Is this Robb going for a Moob credit?
  14. Nice job, Amy, with all the clues- and I'm now curious- we have 12 clues, with one puzzle opened... I'm nearly certain there's one more clue that needs to be opened up from this- what it is, I don't know- yet...
  15. Based upon the background and previous editions of the clues- we're going to get another website tommorow about the CTP Solutions, inc.- Most likely with a 'key' clue inside it.
  16. Another outstanding update- yet again. I'm totally in love with the realism and retro-look (if dated) of Tommorowland- as that's sort of how I remember my first trips to WDW back in the 70s and 80s. Thunder Mountain has that 'tracks going everywhere' look that I tend to think that the Paris Model lost, sadly. Once again, Japan looks like a must do in 2013...
  17. Nice pics, Griff- especially the 'hidden' Anton Credit- I've always enjoyed Kennywood- and love the fact it's more of a home-feel to a park, despite the small size. It's charm is always a draw to me, and one I tend to always remember fondly.
  18. Yes. Yes it is. A really REALLY bad day at Kings Dominion is still far better than the best day I've EVER had at SFA- at least since 2004.
  19. It's interesting to see The Wild Animal Park... SDZWAS... whatever it's name is now compared to my first visit there in 1984... Yes, that long ago. I do remember the Monorail, as it reminded me of the one at Kings Dominion and Kings Island (Anybody have any clue if it too was an Inty Monorail). I also remember (Fondly!) the "There are NO bathrooms on this safari, so use them before you board!' signs all over the place. Sad to see them go, I can only hope they'll ressurect them again in the future!
  20. Yet another great WaterPark Photo TR- I'm seeing a trend here, and the waterparks seem to finally be getting their due here... I have to ask, though: The slides there- esp. the conveyors into the slides themselves- do they have somebody there 'holding' you from heading into the tube? I'd think having six people dropping in at once would be too much for the ride itself!
  21. Robb- I'm loving the updates- BUT - The total quantity of coasterporn and foodporn needs to be increased! (Granted, the cool-ass Mickey Mouse 'relief' made of Mexican rice DOES come close...)
  22. How about a TPR tour there in 2012? #spillingthebeans I sort of heard a rumbling about that- and I'd be doing that trip TOO... HP is one of my old stomping grounds- so going twice in a year for me is -perfectly- acceptable in every way. (Add me to the 'early list' for the HP tour) But after the hours, days, weeks, months, nightmares, dreams, clue-searching, clue-breaking, t-shirts, bumperstickers, toilets, stars, sand, mud, weird flashing GIFs, colour codes, strange number sequences, etc. I sort of want to be there on Opening Day, too... at ALL COSTS
  23. 1.) Anton Schwarzkopf's Thriller/Taz/Zonga (Original configuration) 2.) Anton Schwarzkopf's WEM Mindbender 3.) Ron Toomer/Arrow Development's Loch Ness Monster
  24. A bigger bulldozer to take care of the park?
