  1. I do think that Tomorrowland is due for a large renovation, but I don't like the idea of Star Wars receiving so much of a prominence in Tomorrowland. EDIT: From what I've seen on the article, here's a Tomorrowland map with red showing the Star Wars-themed areas and blue showing non-Star Wars-themed areas: (Map from Disneyland.com)
  2. Right now, my passes are: -California's Great America 2013 -Knott's Berry Farm 2013 -Six Flags (MM) Gold 2013 I will be getting a LEGOLAND and SeaWorld pass soon.
  3. ^It's hilarious to see the creation of a vertical video in that video. Anyways, that is one good POV from the back seat.
  4. Why do the colors not make sense now? When I rode Pandemonium at SFDK, I didn't see a problem with the color scheme and the (minor) theming it had to offer. Honestly, the red and black colors look good on Pandemonium.
  5. Rolling Thunder is the only coaster that I've been on that is (going to be) torn down. If you count coasters that have been moved to another park, I've been on Invertigo (CGA), Pandemonium (SFDK), & Hurricane (SCBB).
  6. Even though racing coasters cost more money, it still has twice the capacity of a single-tracked coaster. It's safe to assume that more capacity = more revenue.
  7. I know that they have the new electronic fluffy bunnies that give you a code and that you can open and close it all day, I dont remember specifically if you could change locations at SFMM, but I know SFDK has the same fluffy bunnies and you can change locations, so it's probably the same. Different rides have varying levels of fluffy bunny policies. Generally with rides like X2 and GLFF they're more strict about loose items and will be quicker to force you to use the fluffy bunnies. X2 is the strictest which is why they have fluffy bunnies inside the station (These ones are not the new electronic type, theyre old school, but I think theyre only $1 or $2) - not that any of this matters right now with X2 being down but useful info for the future. Thanks for the information!
  8. Now, the question will be: What will open first: Undertow or Orphan Rocker?
  9. PART 2 Rocks. END OF PART 2! Please respond so that this trip... Oh wait, this is the beginning of part 2. Anyways, this is taro plant, a plant that Hawaiians like to plant. They make a billion things out of this stuff including vomit-inducing poi and sickening taro bread. Vampires do not approve this update. But, who cares about vampires anyways? So, someone parked next to my rental car. If you can’t understand photos, I’ll explain it in Klingon: chaH puH cha' tlhIH rap Duj. toH, color, chenmoH, 'ej ghantoH, qaSlaH rap. So, there was this garden thingy tourist trap a few miles from Iao Needle. They had plants... Yeah... This flower is called "Red Fantasy", so the flower must not exist. The garden thingy wanted 5 dollars to see more plants, so I left that money-making device. So, I went to the Maui Tropical Gardens because they have ducks! This must be some rare, exotic plant that can only be grown in this particular plantation! There was some zip lining, though I am cheap and frugal (I shopped at the Walmart in Maui), so I remained as a spectator. Someone needs to clean this roof... This bird is found everywhere in Hawaii or it’s just the same bird following me everywhere. Ducks sniff butts? Hmm, must be the rare duck species: the dog duck. Some pretty, pretty stuff. Weeeeeee! I'm impersonating the GEICO pig, obviously. Hey! Bird, get out. You're ruining my photo of a rock! Want a cheap way to send your friends some postcards? Do these steps: 1. Print this photo out. 2. Put a stamp on it. 3. Mail it to your friend. 4. Pray that it won't get wrinkled. 5. Your friend receives it and is happy. See, cheap way of sending a postcard of a place you probably never went to! Random gazebo. We all love random gazebos! Don't you think this lake is too blue? I blame Stalin, the creator of all the frustrating problems in life. You know it's a common occurrence to pass by man-killing gears... Stare at this photo for 5 more seconds, something might happen, like the photo might eat you. Everything must end in a gift shop... Hey! That other red Impala came back. Seriously, this red Impala parked right there. People these days. Here's Kaanapali Beach. (No, Kaanapali is not a Klingon word) That island way in the back is Molokai, which is famous for nothing! We see you Larry's Island! So, here's a few of Kaanapali's hotels. You're not supposed to touch sea turtles... Oh noes, it is starting to be sunset. Will the sun ever come back up??? Burn, tree, burn! So, there's a swimming pool right next to the beach... This is the Sheraton at Kaanapali. The more you know! PALM TREES! END OF PART 2! Please respond so that this trip report gets more popular and thank you for reading all of this.
  10. I've heard before that there is a system where you pay for an all-day fluffy, fluffy bunny and you can take your items out and put them in a different fluffy, fluffy bunny in the park for free. Does SFMM still do this? Also, I'm just wondering if SFMM still has a forced fluffy bunny policy. I don't want to cause a debate about fluffy bunnies, I just want to get my facts straight.
  11. Hanging Pulley (Fantawild Adventure) http://rcdb.com/4137.htm?p=30340
  12. It's looking really good now. I can't wait to grab this credit when I go to Vegas in April.
  13. Nope. I wouldn't expect anything for next year as CGA just received Gold Striker. It's probably going to be a new show.
  14. Nitro (Dennlys Parc) http://rcdb.com/9013.htm?p=44488 ----------------- Image found on rcdb.com Good luck!
  15. ^^^I think that some trees around the pathways would help out and make the paths look much nicer. Also, I see no trees at all in the image. I think an added amount of vegetation would do so much for your park.
  16. I'm going to SFMM in 2 days. I didn't know if I should post it here or in the Rant thread, but I'm going to give SFMM a break and post it here. Nice, Dan.
  17. ^Well, this is going to be interesting...
  18. ^Woah, Pie, your signature is huge!
  19. I've been on all three California GCIs and Gold Striker is the best of them, by far.
  20. ^Aren't HUSS Jumps terrible in reliability?
  21. Looks good. I like the layout of "The Loop", but take out those awful footers. The auto supports on RCT2 already have footers on them, so it's pretty overkill.
  22. Congrats on the gold star, Justin, you deserved it.
  23. I have been on Colossus and Rolling Thunder. I like Colossus more, so Colossus is my favorite racer.
  24. I almost spit out my water when I heard this. I always hoped that one day this would happen, but I thought the chances were basically zero. Hopefully, it gets built.
