  1. What coaster have you ridden has the best sensation of speed? Avalanche at Timber Falls has great speed, and it is rather small for a wooden coaster. However, you go over hills and turns with great speed, and the train feels like it will fall apart soon. The second section is even better as you go through more turns and are low to the ground and coaster itself.
  2. "Insert ride-is currently experiencing technical difficulities. We apologize for the inconvience, and we are working to have the problem fixed as soon as we can. If you wish to leave, pleas do so in an orderly manner and do not jump over the railing."
  3. The sox may be in a slump, but at least they are better than the cubbies.
  4. I like wooden coasters more than steel coasters, since they can be more relaxing yet provide a thrilling ride. Sure you can do more with steel, but wooden coasters just have more character.
  5. Disney is evil, Universal is over rated, Cedar Fair is in debt, and Six Flags is lost.
  6. The part after the second loop on B:TR is probably the most intense part of a coaster I've ridden, but the insanity of Avalanch probably makes it the most intense wooden coaster I've ridden.
  7. Get to the park before it opens, and go to S:UF. It is one of the few coasters that you can get in line for before it opens. As for the other rides: Bull-45minutes max Deja vu-1.5-2 hours Eagle-less than 10 minutes for blue and 15 for red
  8. Cyclone at Lakeside has an awsome drop that has air time that is unmatched if you sit up front.
  9. For me, it depends on what you call a terrain coaster. 1. Hades-great coaster that never lets up 2. Zeus-air time, air time, air time 3. Whizzer-great classic 4. Cyclops-great ride filled with air time 5. Iron Dragon-I actually like this coaster, but it is the only suspended I've ridden
  10. Very funny TR and video. They keep getting better, and they show the umm...mentality of the site.
  11. hmmm...let's see the flaws: Gwazi is the worlds longest wooden coaster-no Gwazi is the fastest wooden coaster-no Gwazi is egyptian themed-no Wooden coaster track is flimsy-no Gwazi has 7 inversions-no ...but you got to love the media and the lawyers that will back them up. Once again, the man probably had a medical condition(which the family will dispute), and the family will blame the park. Captain Literal here also failed to inform us that: A - Busch Gardens water park IS NOT, in fact, a water park... B - Roller coasters DO NOT, in fact, eat children... and C - Gwazi DOES NOT, in fact, travel 107.93 MPH. But, hey...I suppose we're all entitled to be totally oblivious to the really obvious satirical point on occasion. Hey, I realized my mistake too late, and I couldn't delete it. Once again it sucks that he died when he was just going to the park for a day of fun, and hopefully his family recovers from this accident.

Six Flags Elitch Gardens 9. Port Aventura 10. Six Flags New England Of the ones I've visited(Disney excluded) 1. Cedar Point 2. Lakeside 3. SFEG 4. SFSTL 5.SFGAM 6.Mt. Olympus 7. Timber Falls 8. The Park at MOA/Camp Snoopy 9. well that's it
  15. This is more of just to see if the members like the older coasters, but what are the oldest coassters you've ridden? As for me: Cyclone-Lakeside-built 1940-ridden 2006-66 years old Blue Streak-CP-1964-ridden 2003-39 years old Screamin Eagle-SFSTL-1976-ridden 2005/2006-29/30 years old
  16. 1.5+ hour wait for Viper last year during fright fest. The station was a zoo, everyone was line jumping, and it was 40* out.
  17. Let's see: S:UF-station Iron Dragon-2nd hill Viper-brakes Raaging Bull?
  18. ^needs a faster computer Vrides coasters in the snow
  19. I thought the same thing since I thought he went on a huge rant on the park. I'm suprised that Great Escape is on the list though since I thought it didn't meet his attendance expectations.
  20. hmmm...no SFGADV? I thought SFGADV was just a larger version of SFGAM, but I guess SFGAM is better. Well I'm happy nothing is happening to my park, but I hope that he does not think that because it is a "no touch park", that it does not need new rides.
  21. This topic goes on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on...and on. Yet it is a lot of fun.
