  2. Lindemans anything, Rodenbach's Redbach, Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat ::drools::
  3. I watched the show. I thought they did a pretty good job, but WHERE WERE MARTIN'S FANTASY ISLAND TACOS????? jk. The footage of Phoenix and Twister and TACO PIZZA at Cesari's made me reeealy want to go back to Knoebels....
  4. ^^I don't know how to use trainers, they confuse me. Thanks for the comments and suggestions, everybody. I'll have a little time after work today to work on the park, I should have a few new pictures up tonight.
  5. I hate Disney's website, cause it takes forever to load.
  6. Hey guys. I always have trouble with RCT2 because I start these huge projects that I never finish. I just started a park that I will focus all my RCT efforts on from now on, because I think I finally got the right combination of scenery and rides that I want. Ultraworld This park will be divided into 6 themed areas: 1. Midway 2. Splash Acres (Water Park) 3. Ancient Greece (I can't wait to start working on this part, I've got some cool ideas) 4. Western town 5. Kiddy park 6. Jungle themed area I have started working on the midway and water park. Rides so far: Midway: - Double deck carousel - Wave swinger - Dark ride - Wild mouse coaster - Wood coaster - Chairlift - Old fashioned cars - Tilt a whirl Water park: - 2 water slides - Splash boats And some pics. Hideous entrance building of doom... this will be changed The park's first coaster, Flyer. The queue is always full. Exciting ride, or poor capacity? You decide. Here is the park's first woodie, Dipper. Layout. I like the building I made for the tilt a whirl. Here's the first major ride in the water park, Splashdown. Nautical themed food court. I squeezed in a dark ride next to Dipper, called Blaster. It's supposed to be a shooting dark ride. Comments? Suggestions? I know most of it sucks right now, lol. And I know there's not a lot of scenery, I'm focusing on putting in lots of rides to build up cash.
  7. And now I know... and knowing is half the battle! ....GGGGIIII JOOOOEEEE... OK, so I think it looks like a dorm room, with a beautiful bathroom. Anyone with me on that one?
  8. Great pictures! Pardon my stupidity, but what are these: They look like big pillows...
  9. ^^ Silver Comet! My favorite small parks: 1. Knoebel's (does that count??) - has some very unique rides, 2 great coasters, an AWESOME dark ride, and I really like the setting. 2. Rye Playland - THREE dark rides, I mean come on! And the Dragon Coaster is really quirky with its roaring tunnel. 3. Sylvan Beach - very relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, awesome Pretzel dark ride, everything is in great condition. 4. Canobie Lake Park - lots of trees, MINE OF LOST SOULS woohoo... Yankee Cannonball is fun. 5. Martin's Fantasy Island - Silver Comet.. enough said.
  10. ^There's no way in HELL I'd EVER ride Knoebel's scooters. Last year at PPP I gladly sat at on a bench while everybody else waited in line and rode. Schwarzkopf Wildcat... and a dark ride... yay, another place to try and drag Derek back to once he's already been!
  11. My freshman year of college, I was driving home northbound on I-90 and I saw B&M track on flat bed trucks. It turned out to be for Vampire at La Ronde. I had never been so dorkily excited, lol. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera on me.
  12. Seems like every time I ride something, my top 10 changes. 1. Balder - Liseberg 2. Nemesis - Alton Towers 3. El Toro - SFGAd 4. Phoenix - Knoebels 5. Superman: Ride of Steel - SFNE 6. Dueling Dragons (Fire) - IOA 7. Dueling Dragons (Ice) - IOA 8. Wild Mouse - Blackpool Pleasure Beach 9. Dragon's Fury - Chessington World of Aventure 10. Speed - Oakwood Also funny how before last year, I thought I hated wood coasters... now there are 4 of them in my top 10
  13. Sure you will. But you'll probably have to make your own. Hooray for transplanted Buffalonians!
  14. Once again, you've made me want to run out and go buy RCT3. But I doubt anything I build will be as nice as this! Good job!

  16. Hey, guys, the Canada's Wonderland rumor may be true. Check this out (digging and survey markers): http://www.cwmania.com/photos/displayimage.php?album=123&pos=1 This is happening near the lake at the back of the park, between Kingswood Music Theatre and Italian Job. This is the area where supposedly Flight of Fear was going. Scroll down on this page about 1/3 of the way down, there's a map with circles around where the markers are concentrated: http://www.cwmania.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=228&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45
  17. Never heard of it! Fail! Never trust a company that serves Buffalo wings and wasn't FOUNDED in Buffalo! When I finally leave Buffalo, I don't think I'll ever be able to eat wings or a roast beef sandwich again.
  18. ^You crack me up. Thanks Tim! Yes that was a little confusing, but I skimmed and I think I get the gist of it.
  19. Interesting. Now, I know nothing about technical stuff, so could somebody please explain what a "trailered" train is, what having "four weight-bearing wheels" means, and what the difference is between the two?? Thanks!
  20. Fireworks are illegal in New York State, but that doesn't stop some of my neighbors from setting them off. Personally, they scare me if they're too close. I'm paranoid they'll misfire and come attack me or something.
  21. Wow that sucks! Glad you guys made it safely.
