  1. It's so stupid when people post on here that can't take criticism. I guess I should buy him a pacifier when I go to the store.
  2. Hmmm... interesting. I'm also hoping that they have a combo pass with admission to both parks.
  3. This TR has just the right amount of "disturbing" in it to make it awesome!
  4. Wow, what a neat concept. Too bad it never came to be.
  5. Great TR! Interesting to see Universal so empty. Keep posting!
  6. ^Very true! All my friends still think Kingda Ka is the world's fastest coaster, mainly because Ferrari World and Formula Rossa are not advertised in the USA like Kingda Ka is. Aside from enthusiast sites, I didn't hear ONE THING about the park. Maybe, just maybe if they advertised in more areas their attendance would go up. On the other hand, I don't think many US tourists go to the UAE, so advertising here could be next to worthless...
  7. ^^^Maybe TPR should make you take an IQ test before you join.
  8. ..."It's Not Unusual" by Tom Jones! But Tom Jones heard about this and got mad, so he...
  9. ^That sounds awesome! The TPR site just keeps getting better and better. Thanks, Robb!
  10. I love seeing pictures of this crazy park. Great TR!
  11. Shockwave (SFOT). I didn't post any pictures since the best pictures I found were in TPR's park index.
  12. That thing makes me nervous just watching it. It's not the coaster itself, it's having another "car" that close behind you. Yikes. Oh well, it was a credit... I think.
  13. Dear God, that thing is MASSIVE! And it's haulin' butt! Folks, it looks like GCI built another "great coaster"! (Hah, get it? "GREAT coaster"? You do? But it's lame? Okay, I'll stop trying. )
  14. Don't ask me why, but I really like Slingblade. All my friends say it drags on, but I think it's great. The second movie I love that my friends hate is Australia. Just because a movie is 4 hours long doesn't mean it sucks. I saw it in the movie theater, and I loved it! I need to watch it again. Another movie I can think of is Grease 2. You know how people think sequels suck? Not me. I thought Grease 2 was as good as the original, and the music was just as catchy. Last but not least, the movie I have shown to all my friends and they all hate it so much... Shock Treatment, the supposed sequel to Rocky Horror! I'm a huuuuuuge Rocky Horror fanboy, but Shock Treatment had amazing music and a great storyline (It doesn't have to have trannys in it for it to be good). The only similarities were that is starred Brad and Janet, Betty and Ralph were there, there was a reference to the criminologist, and (even though they were completely different characters) Richard O'Brien (Riff Raff) and Pat O'Quinn (Magenta) still practiced extreme incest! And, unlike the original, Shock Treatment is rated PG. Watch all 3 of these movies!
  15. I love Euro-Fighter drops in general. My favorite wooden coaster drop would have to be on Rampage at Alabama Adventure, mainly because the drop continues once it reaches the ground (it's built on a hill).
  16. ^Don't be. We're just saying it doesn't compare to the Geauga Lake closure, mainly bacause the park isn't closed. Hopefully the government will take care of the park. This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know if the government has any intention of selling Ferrari World or are they going to operate it themselves?
  17. DelGrosso's? I know it used to be called Bland's. Or is it a completely different park altogether?
  18. Superman Tower of Power, especially when it is in combo mode!
  19. My two favorite small parks are Lake Winnie and Alabama Adventure, both of which have great wooden coasters! Lake Winnie makes the list because it has the best collection of flats ever and a ghetto dark ride. Alabama Adventure is one of my favorites simply because it's an amazing park.
  20. I never thought Pizza Hut wings would be this good!
  21. I had the privilege of seeing Paul McCartney at the Cowboys Stadium back in '09. He really knows how to put on a show! He played for 4 HOURS STRAIGHT!
  22. I watched Tim Burton's Mars Attacks! yesterday... I loved it! I also watched Dracula... Dead & Loving It starring Leslie Nielsen (R.I.P.). That film may have gotten bad ratings, but it was great!
  23. I leave for Italy in a little over a month! Then I rest for a week and go to New York City!
  24. I once had a dream where I was on the deck of the Oil Derrick observation tower at SFOT, and the thing collapses and falls over while I was on top! It creeped me out.
  25. Mark me down as someone that's also in agreement. Never thought the ride was much "fun." The Gerstlaur spin on the ride that Belantis had I thought was better, but I disliked it for many other reasons... I guess they were trying to copy the Fly-O-Plane, which was closed when I went to Lake Winnie
