tdrexplorer.com just posted it's own announcement about the hotel, with a location photo c/o OLC (thanks!) as well. FYI - This is what the site looks like more recently: -

Oh dear...if this doesn't scream backwoods Pennsyltucky mom's, I don't know what does! Spoiler alert, her kid probably has autism and can't go near the ride now! -

^I sure hope you're right! I don't like a lot of spinning rides but that's one of my favorites. -
So KT *LOVED* this! You wouldn't think it would necessarily appeal to 11 year old girls, but she's an old soul and loved the characters, humor, dancing, costumes, and everything about it.

New TPR Forum Ads
SharkTums replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Like I get it, we all hate ads. It's not like we LOVE putting ads on the site, but like Robb said, it costs a lot of money to provide the forums and photo/video hosting services for all of our members. I freaked a bit when I first saw it, but honestly give it a few days and now it doesn't really bother me anymore. Heck, most of the other forums I'm on have the same ads, if not more, so it's fine. -

^Very interesting! Do we know exactly where it is going? I googled the address but that didn't really work, other than to assume it should be IN the main area!??! -

I feel your pain on both of these. I agree that the Baby Swap "not being possible" is ridiculous. You can create a simple paper pass that can be used at the exit, bring the kid through the line, there are a ton of solutions to this even at smaller, older parks. The height restrictions only get weirder as the kid gets older and taller. Wait till they're in the situation that they've been on the EXACT ride at another park and then are told they have to be 6"+ taller to ride the SAME ride at another random park! -
Been there. Done that. Now what?
SharkTums replied to coasterBro's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
So true. "Enthusiasts" are in every hobby, not just coasters/theme parks. And it's basically a personality fault! To be so enthusiastic about these hobbies is weird and people burn out if they're crazy, or go even more crazy. I've seen many of our coaster people leave, very few come back, they just move on to other hobbies that they go crazy for and then sometimes come back after they burn out on that or move on to something else. -

Photo TR: Chuck Returns to Japan with TPR--Again

Yup, we were playing Pokemon Go in that food court! A nice Japanese man flagged us down and showed us a picture of the North America Exclusive Pokemon and we traded! We're still friends in the game now. I miss Japan and pretty much everything about it.
