  1. We flew coach and never paid more than $750 a ticket round trip. Korean Air is very nice in coach and has been ontime and great from LAX.
  2. This is great guys! You can either mail a check to: Special Olympics Santa Clarita Valley 24779 Valley St Santa Clarita, CA 91321 or Paypal me the money, I can donate it on your behalf and mail you a tax receipt. Also, all you So Cal youngins that want to go plunge but maybe don't have the money...these guys could sponsor you! Thanks again everyone! I'm sure we'll have some really great Photo TR's from the event!
  3. ^That was my first impression as well! Oh well, we get the best of both worlds! Polar Pluge in 70 degree water, and a waterpark the rest of the day! For me, it will be cold, I don't like water unless it's 82 degrees or higher! Someone take Eric up on his offer, then you only need to raise $40 more!
  4. It's crowded all year. Go to their website and check out opening times, that will give you an idea of crowds. As for waits, you can usually use fastpass and getting their early to your advantage and not wait too long for anything. They are very efficient.
  5. I'm 99% sure you're fine. I'm pretty sure that when you buy a multi-day regular hopper it is good for 14 days from when you first use it. Yup...here you go: http://www.mousesavers.com/wdwticketprices.html
  6. At some point.
  7. Unfortunetly with Robb's work schedule and mine both cutting into our free time quite a bit it looks like the new DVD won't be ready until April. It will contain: SDC, Celebration City, Florida, Dells, Chicago Area Parks, Calfornia Stuff, Hong Kong Parks, Japan Stuff, and more!

We'd love to go! Here in the States we're told that it's still a bit unsafe, especially if you're Caucasian. Is that true? We would definitely want a guide to take us around..you offering? Are there any other parks other than the two big ones? Can I see the Great White Sharks jumping off shore like they show during Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. Anything else we should know?
  9. We’ve got a really great opportunity coming up to do something for our community, and it just happens to be Amusement Park related! As a special incentive to my Team Theme Park Review participants I will be giving out my own incentives! $50 – Gets you a Theme Park Review Pen $100 – Gets you a Theme Park Review DVD & Pen $150+ – Gets you a Theme Park Review DVD, Pen, and Shirt! It’s easy to raise the money! Ask family, friends, relatives, heck even ask people on the board that are too far away to participate but may want to make a donation! All donations are Tax Deductible! Spain

Ok, so Spain might happen a bit sooner than we had thought...Any Spain Coaster people out there that would be interested in meeting up or giving us some hints about the Madrid area parks?
  18. We saw them building this last week. The track REALLY looks like real Intamin track!!!!
  19. Tokyo Disney was pretty much the same as all the other Disney parks where they encourage you to video and take pictures of everything!
  20. Shark... or Elissa
  21. Personally, I always read your TR's. I find myself not commenting a lot on them though, and I'm trying to think why that is. One reason I believe is because you cover everything! There's nothing to ask or comment on because it's all there! One negative though, I'm trying to think if your TR's have people in them, I'm thinking not a lot. I can look at pictures of roller coasters and rides pretty much anywhere. I really like seeing what people did at the park and who the cast of characters was that day. Does that make sense? Keep em coming! I love photo TR's!

  23. I don't know what's allowed to be said or not, but knowing someone who has gotten to use one, everything I've heard is that it's AMAZING!!!!
  24. If anyone is interested in meeting up, or dates that we'll be at specific parks, please send an email to either myself or Robb. Thanks!
  25. If you're interested in JUST doing Tokyo Disney it's quite easy. Call up Tokyo Disney, book one of their hotels and reserve your tickets, then check on their site and get a bus to take you direct from Narita Airport to your Disney hotel. That's it, simple, have a great time, it's an amazing place!
