North of the South coaster trip questions
SharkTums replied to JKo's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If you're into History and Wars and anything like that as it seems you may be you should really give yourself more than one day in DC. It's a fabulous city with enough to keep you busy for a week. Try at least 2 days and be prepared to go from sunrise till after sunset! -

^Like the park even had to try to be more Elissa Friendly!?!? -
^^It really depends on what you mean by 'properly enjoy'. Most credit whores treat it as a quick stop, but the miniatures are cool if you're into that. I think you could feel like you got your money's worth in a couple of hours.

Make sure you log in! I was actually making progress and getting close to unlocking some of the bonus characters when the game just unlocked them all and started new tasks!!?!??!

Fun Spot America Discussion Thread

^The outlets are busier than you think! And if there was a nice garage there it would be filled with outlet workers and shoppers. I think Fun Spot could do something where they validate a parking charge and make money from the outlet shoppers. Many of which would pay a few bucks to have a nice safe, shaded spot. -

I would try the VR once, but I don't think I will do well with it. Motion simulators make me ill. Air is probably the perfect first 'big' ride to get this as it's pretty tame. -

^I see the water park as actually being the most successful area of the park. All the tourists basically live in or have their bathing suits at the ready. You need some cool water relief 8 months out of the year, and it absolutely fills a need for a low cost water park. Anyone remember Water Mania on 192? I see it filling that niche. -
^It also doesn't work that great. I had to tap for like 10 seconds once I found Maggie to make it finally register.

After Part 21 there's a really fun cut scene!

The game is giving you a week or two to get some characters you might have missed out in the last year right now. They're all like epic/extremely rare drops but it's worth a try!

Antarctica Expedition Photo Trip Report
SharkTums replied to JimmyBo's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Just rounding the horn was rough enough for me on an 80k ton cruise ship. My parents did antarctica and said I would have died. I get seasick on 100k ton plus cruise ships in calm water so it's a no go for me! The penguins though!!! PENGUINS!!!! -

That's an awesome, big addition for a small/medium size park. Great for them! -

Great information and updates, thanks for sharing! -
Event ends Thursday. I think most of us are fine with that! I didn't even open a whole area and don't care.

^Oh wow, that's a long quest line! Especially with so many 8+ hour tasks so far. I'm also only on 12.

Very cool of Phantasialand to do the two coasters intermixed with each other! -

Have they announced the theme for the new hotel? Perhaps a combined indoor/outdoor waterpark hotel? -
My Dream Home
SharkTums replied to The Angry Darren Mullins's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
To my understanding, the condition of the market is that all these apartments are bought up purely as investments and left unoccupied, to be resold later. This sort of gentrification is also beginning to happen here in the US. From my understanding they're also just building and building to keep their billions of people occupied with jobs.
