Duuuuude, if this is a clone of Kolumbusjolle at Europa Park you guys are in for a treat!!!! Seriously, Europa took a very basic ride, added the option to turn your car, cannons, and projection mapping, and made one of the coolest attractions at the park!
^^ Extraordinarily doubtful. That's their biggest draw. However there was a pretty insane rumor not too far back about them doing a huge expansion of Xcelerator. Keeping the launch and tower but making it muuuuuuuch longer of a ride.
While it'd be hilarious, you can easily get away with that on Maelstrom because nobody rode it and it was easy to get a boat to yourself. Universe Of Energy fits like 50,000 people into one tram.
Ling Bao has excellent bars and one hell of a courtyard. Dragon Bar alone is worth it but it has funky opening hours, so look into it. The rooms are also very nice. My only issue with the place is it's built like a maze.
Matamba is well themed and I definitely enjoyed my stay there, but they're seriously lacking in things to do outside of your room. The food is good but there's only one bar and a small outdoor area.
If you're looking for a more resort vibe, Ling Bao has more to offer, IMO.
It's a great concept but the execution always left a lot to be desired, imho. There's simply way too much dead space, no pun intended. You'll go through a scene then walk along an unthemed pathway for 500 yards, then walk through another scene, then another unthemed path, rinse, repeat, until you end up back in the park.
Don't get too excited. It won't open until the festivities in July. It'll be complete and ready to go but it'll just sit there for a few months before actually opening.
Holy crap I go away for a day and suddenly i'm planning a trip to Branson next year.
Edit - Now i'm no expert but what's with that extra metal in the middle of the two running rails? Holding brake to be installed? Might this be a new version of the Lost Gravity tech?
Bigger? Sure.
Badder? Not in a million years. I305 is easily in the top three most intense coasters on the planet (#1 being Karnan imho). Knowing Busch's manufacturer relationships this will more than likely be a Beemer snooze fest.
Edit - And before anyone goes off on an "lol but why two beemer hypers," just look at Carowinds. Now shush.
