  1. I think it'll come down to a crap shoot. You could make a valid point for about a handful of parks that could have good reason to get Steel Venom.
  2. Hmm, interesting. Gotta wonder if that means the ride itself will not run in 2007, or if it just won't run at GL in 2007. Though it sounds like a 2008 attraction I'm guessing.
  3. ^ Damn straight!! May all g-trains be burnt to a crisp.
  4. I though this was the funniest comic on there: Oh wait, that wasn't a comic was it??
  5. Plus Arrow and Morgan use very similar track styles. So I have no problem with calling PR a Morgan. Though why haven't they used the trains from PR on any of their other rides? Or have they and I just don't realize it? I really like the restraints on PR.
  6. ^ Ahh, yes the Governator. How silly of me to miss that.
  7. No you shouldn't. Even wireless-B is faster then most broadband internet connections. So you shouldn't see any problems with speed. Connection issues perhaps depending on your setup, but not speed issues.
  8. Did they strap you to the handicapped seat?
  9. Gears of War is Xbox360 only. There is no PC version.
  10. Cool looking concept, but I doubt it would ever get built. What with all the problems that came with the 4D.
  11. An airport near me was shut down after they found a hand grenade shaped belt buckle in his luggage. Or the plane the guy that was accused of being a terrorist after he dropped his iPod in the toilet, which they thought was a bomb.
  12. ^ Download Quicktime. Quicktime Download
  13. The only thing I liked about it was the cool shadow affect created by the light coming through those giant fans. The ride itself was just a waste. Didn't even feel like it did anything.
  14. The wheels screeching along the track. You'll hear it even more when the train is "shuffling".
  15. Seems pretty typical. Huge knee jerk reaction over something minor that will cost alot of money, and just makes the police look like fools. Meanwhile while they're investigating light bright bombs someone could be getting on a plane with a real bomb after slipping it by incompetent airport security. The only thing left is to bring it up in congress and waste even more of your tax dollars.
  16. "If" Steel Venom is indeed leaving GL, it's highly unlikely it'll be ready for opening day wherever it's going. Considering that it hasn't even been dismantled yet. (I assume) If it's moving it'd be mid to late 2007 at best I figure.
  17. I've only been on Phantom's Revenge and Steel Force. Phantom by quite a bit though. I really like Phantom, but Steel Force seemed kind of boring to me.
  18. I see what you're saying. And it could very well be true in a way, as we're getting to around the time that PCW would normally announce their plans. But there's no indication that the 2007 announcement is for Steel Venom. It's just as likely it's for a new restaurant or show or something. Though I can still hope.
  19. ^ The website has been like that for awhile. If you click the "media center" link on the mainpage there's a "new for 2007" tab that is empty. I'd like if it were to come here, but I think that's wishful thinking. I wouldn't read much into that, as PCW always gets something new. Whether it be a flat ride, or a show or something.
  20. Was it strip clubs? Because Montreal is known for that.
  21. You're so right. I should have just kept my mouth shut.
  22. You probably wouldn't feel much after you slam into the ground.
  23. That looks like the dumbest thing ever. (the ride itself, not the concept) Home built bungee tower using an ATV to launch the girl?? I was just surprised the cord didn't snap.
  24. The answer would probably be "philisophical discussion about Optimus Prime".
