  1. ^^Haha, yeah. That looks exactly like Hulk.. Of course Six Flags would put a coaster at another park on one of their shirts.
  2. The marketing they are doing is very cool. It's like they're trying to implant it in the people's brain wherever they go, I wish the USA would do marketing like Alton does. And whether the name is The Smiler or The Inoculator, I'm a fan of both.
  3. Looks really great, I especially love the first drop! Very unique.
  4. Sure the ride has a few issues, as most prototypes do, but like Robb said, I'm sure they received a very good deal. I don't think Cedar Fair would buy a product, in mass nonetheless, if they didn't think the ride was a wise investment. Once all the kinks are worked out, I'm sure the Windseekers will pay for themselves and all the work that was needed to perfect them.
  5. I'm hoping this doesn't happen. Not saying SF or Apollo would completely ruin the parks, but I'm sure there would be some kind of change. Whether it be advertising, management, ride operations, etc, the changes would bring the park's quality down.
  6. At first when I saw this, I thought it was a joke! This should be interesting, though, to say the least.
  7. The sunset was just as bright as that near my house along Lake Erie. But adding in a coaster makes it just that much more beautiful. Great picture!
  8. ^People on Facebook didn't think TTD existed anymore?!
  9. Looks great! It seems like they are waiting for shipment of the keyholes until further construction, though. I can't wait to see those go up, that will be impressive.
  10. Wow, those inversions there are really compact. I can barely tell where it starts and begins.
  11. I'm so hoping SFMM does this, and hopefully they add more airtime into it instead of inversions. I don't think this park needs many more inversions. Hopefully I'll be able to get to SFMM to ride the old Colossus this year and sometime in the future the next one, if this is true and it opens.
  12. The bottom half is concrete and the top half is steel. But I would imagine in order to achieve the look Cedar Point wanted to go for, steel was the only way to go so it was able to look good and support the coaster. I'm sure it won't rust that bad. Look at all the other coaster around Cedar Point, are they badly rusted? No. And they use the same steel, I'm sure, that is going into this keyhole tower. Even if it does start to rust, they can just repaint it.
  13. Wow, those keyholes are huge. Can't wait to see them finally rise over the park, this will be quite a sight to see with the train going through it.
  14. Great addition for Knoebels. I love these ARM Drop Towers, perfect fit for this park.
  15. Wow, that layout is massive. Looking at it, not only does it have awesome elements but the interactions with the surroundings makes it look like an amazing ride. Hopefully one day in my life I get to visit Liseberg. This place is surely on my park bucket list.
  16. No one is saying it will be a bad ride, just probably a less forceful one like most of the B&M coaster made in the last 10 years. Yet, there is no way to know that for sure, people are just drawing conclusions based on other coasters performances. So, who knows..There isn't a way to tell until we ride.
  17. Interesting Star Flyers go that fast, never knew it. But, it does sounds like some kind of drop tower or Star Flyer. Hopefully this opens with Flying Turns next year..one can hope.
  18. I'd love to go back to the 60's in order to ride the coasters at Euclid Beach. My parents always talk about remembering it and it sounded like a classic Lakeside park.
  19. When I was flying out of Cleveland Hopkins to Arizona I was able to see Cedar Point a few minutes into the flight. On the way we were also able to see Chicago.
  20. This might just be the most color appealing coaster Cedar Point has. It really looks great against the sky, doesn't catch the eye too much. Only a few more months..
  21. There are so many places I'd like to visit, it's hard to list them all. First, I'd like to get around to visiting all the 50 states and any other territories the USA owns. Once I get that down, there are many other countries I'd love to travel to. -Australia. I've always seemed fascinated by this continent and country, it just looks like a very diverse country to visit. -Croatia. It's a beautiful country and considering I am Croatian, it would be a great place to visit. Maybe on some sort of cruise. -UK. I've REALLY wanted to visit England, Scotland, Ireland and all those other countries. Such a place rich in culture. -Japan. After seeing the TPR trips to Japan, it just looks like a crazy, fun place to go. -Dubai. This ever growing city seems like a really great place to visit. Maybe one of the only places in the Middle East I would consider visiting as of now. -NYC again. NYC is just amazing. When I went last February, it was just so amazing. The food, people, places. Very memorable. But other than those main places, there are so many places I'd love to visit before I grow old that I didn't list. I'm hoping I'll get to most of them in the coming future.
  22. Wow, it looks really great. And I agree with Yamez, this in No Limits would be awesome. Great layout and fun ride, hope to see more coasters like this.
  23. Happy New Year, everyone! Here's to hoping 2013 is a good year.
  24. Probably GateKeeper near or on opening day.
