  1. Social Distortion and The Supersuckers at the Moore Theatre in Seattle on July 6th. Great show. Social D sounded great!!!!!
  2. Sounds killer. I'd love to have a copy of that stuff. - Barry
  3. Less than 2 months until my 2 week east coast vacation.
  4. Yes, Whizzer at then Marriot's Great America. Q - Is MLB as lame as I think it is this year?
  5. The Cure, KISS, Megadeth, Social Distortion, Agent Orange, Cirlce Jerks, Slayer, Tom Petty, Black Crowes, Ramones, DEVO, Black Flag, Foo Fighters and many more......
  6. I watched a few lately. MI3 - kinda boring 5/10. Domino - lame 2/10. Just my luck - kinda silly but it does have Lindsay Lohan 7/10 and Munich - tense and interesting 8/10.
  7. I went to Denver in 2004. We went to both SFEG and Lakeside. Lakeside was way more fun and the whole art-deco style with all the neon was cool. The Cyclone, The Skooters, The Hurricane and Wild Chipmunk were all a blast. I'd love to go back sometime.
  8. Hello again, my trip is only 2 months away!!!!! If anyone has info on discounts to BGW, Hersheypark or PKD let me know. Also if anyone has coupons they would like to part with I'd be happy to send them a SASE to get them. PM me if you can help. Also a couple other questions. I am trying not to hit any of the parks on the weekends, but I may have to. Is Knoebels better on a Friday afternoon than a Sunday??? Would it be better to go to BGW on a Sunday or a Monday. We'll be back east the last half of July. Also if anyone has any pointers to these parks let me know. Thanks, Barry
  9. Funny how people want to hear top 10 lists then argue about the results. It all boils down to personal preference anyways. It's cool to hear about which coasters people rank high - - it gives me something to look forward to, especially if I agree with others on their list.
  10. I am a former ACE member and of all the so called ERT events I was able to attend, you could actually get more rides on regular operating days. They would have ERT at Silverwood in September, but going on a weekend in May or September is like ERT anyway because there is hardly anyone there. At the last SRM in 2003 I got more rides on Raven Saturday afternoon when the park was open then I got the night before during ERT. I think ERT is cool, but really only worth it if you meet up with friends. I meant that I'm happy being a FORMER member. - Barry
  11. Raging Bull at SFGAm. I was looking forward to this coaster on my trip in 2003. It was a fun ride, but other than the first and second drop it just seamed to meander through the rest. It must have been sweet before the trim brake.
  12. I have a bunch of punk stuff from the mid eighties.... Misfits, TSOL, The stupids, Dead Kennedys, Social Distortion, Agent Orange ect, along with some KISS and a bunch of old rap 12" singles. I wish I had a turntable.
  13. The Cure at the Everett Events Center in Everett Wa in 2004. They had planned to play a festival at the Gorge but had to cancel. The rescheduled show was just The Cure playing for 3 hours.
  14. I am pulling for the Gonzaga Bulldogs and the Washington Huskies. Can't wait for a week from Thursday.
  15. Thanks for the info. I figured it may be a early. I'll ask again when the trip gets closer.
  16. That's cool. The only other email postcard I've seen is from Buzz at Disneyland.
  17. It may be a little early but if anyone could help out that would be cool. This summer I am taking my family back east for a sightseeing trip with a few parks along the way. I was hoping to save some cash on admissions if possible. The parks we are hitting are Hersheypark, Knoebels (pretty cheap already), Six Flags America (have a season pass got this one covered), Paramounts King's Dominion and Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide. - Barry
  18. I am finally going to Knoebels this July. I sure hope it's open by then. If not, oh well it's not like there isn't anything to there already.
  19. Definately the cookies. Would you rather eat shards of broken glass or rip out your intestines with a fork?
  20. Buying a house can be such a pain. I can't believe the house pricing in your area. I live near Seattle and the housing here is getting out of control also. If I hadn't bought 8 years ago, I may never have been able to buy.
