Wow, awesome. This is going to be an all-time classic from the looks of it. Yeah guess it would bankrupt a park haha... though maybe stuff could be done with forced perspective/projections etc. *shrug* ^ What does that let you do? Let the coaster go from steel to wood and then back to steel? Or is it just you place say the wood track OVER the steel which makes the coaster look like it's travelling over wood? Hope you know what I'm on about, it's past 1am here.

^ *groan* Larry, you're a BASKET CASE... a PIC-UH-NIC BASKET CASE! Great thing you're doing, Colin, even if it allows Larry here to make really bad jokes and I have to give him some of his own medicine I think a Robb masthead to the front of the car is needed though perhaps with a little TPR tshirt... just don't get any strange Louisiana bayou women to make it!

Is the textbook in the OP Australian? If not, it's a bit random to pick the Corkscrew of all coasters. Maybe that was the one the publishing company just found in the stock library used. That said, I love the Corkscrew , great little coaster despite its short length and still awesomely smooth to ride. Shame it goes on a boring maths textbok though.

They could fit in the Killamanjaro Safari @ Animal Kingdom too couldn't they? That's gotta be the other standout thing the park is known for?

(Still working on getting that info, everyone, and you're welcome downunder) For the Disney tour, would the itinerary include any non-Disney parks - or at least, IOA/USO for the credit run? - or just be pure Disney? And is that 17 days cruise included or not? Would the cruise be an optional add-on to that 5K-7K cost?

Beautiful pics. You're lucky to live somewhere with that much natural splendour. Here I'm in a poor man's Florida: all the old people and annoying tourists without the decent coasters and choice of great theme parks!! .... Thanks for sharing that TR with us, absolutely lovely of you!

^ When you rode El Toro was it morning or not a very warm day? Can make the difference...

It was actually looking like it would open within the next four years but there were some extra issues. Phil is looking at going overseas to try and find some possible solutions. I'll see if I can find out more on what's going on and post something here... it's really not my place to divulge anything without approval & ballet would be difficult with smashed kneecaps!!! * Regarding a cultural trip, I would rather go on something coaster/theme park-focussed. I really do think due to the scattered nature of our parks that R&E would be better off waiting a few years before even considering an Australia one. Let our attraction lineup be supplemented by a few extra developments first. * Kidding. He's not like that. But I would still feel bad sharing anything without his say-so.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I know the Orphan Rocker people through my engineer father & they told us about a month ago there's no way it's feasible to get it running anytime soon... new difficulties. So that counts that out.
