SFNE Easter Fun
Canobie Coaster replied to sfriday1998's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Good trip report and I liked the reviews. With the new restraints, I think Mind Eraser is a solid 7/10 ride now. Not glass smooth but the restraints take away any headbanging. -

Your Dream Lineup
Canobie Coaster replied to WonderlandFan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm only going to put the coasters I've ridden here. Giga- Fury 325 Hyper- SkyRush Hybrid- Twisted Colossus Invert- Banshee Launched- Maverick Woodies- Boulder Dash & Phoenix Other- La Ronde'a Goliath (technically not a hyper), Tatsu, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit -
Along with the rides mentioned above, the other ones I really liked were: Cave Man Adventure- Very quirky dark ride. Wipeout- Indoor break dance with a very good cycle. Fireball- Great airtime on this frisbee. Undertow- Good spinning coaster. During my visit in 2014, this ride had an hour wait while everything else was less than 20-30 min. Logger's Revenge- Unique layout for a flume. Double Shot- Very strong air time and a great view. Rock-O-Plane- Fun classic flat ride. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a really great park.

They need to try and get Nick Cage as the first rider. -
Georgia Cyclone was a major surprise during my visit. I figured it would have some air time, but the amount of ejector air I got in the back caught me off guard. I agree that the layout is great as is and finishing it up with topper track should keep that ride in tip top shape. Though SFNE started with topper track on their Cyclone before going Iron Horse so this could go either way.

The most rare coaster credits
Canobie Coaster replied to Stitch's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Super Cyclone at Fiesta Shows carnivals. They just got this Galaxi-style coaster recently and I believe the Revere Carnival this past week was the first time it was set up. Their kiddie coasters are also pretty rare credits too for me (compared to most coaster enthusiasts) and I don't feel bad for having them since I got them when I was a kid. There are probably some random kiddie credits and alpine coasters in the Northeast that I have that not many enthusiasts have experienced as well. Python Panique at the Granby Zoo is another uncommon one that I have. Roar-o-saurus is a really good coaster that I've ridden that I don't think many enthusiasts have ridden. -
There are two that particularly stick out to me. Making a pit stop at the Granby Zoo in Canada on the way to La Ronde with the sole intention to ride the Python Panique coaster. I paid full admission for the zoo and then found out the rides opened an hour or two after the zoo and were an additional upcharge. On the bright side, the Granby Zoo was the best zoo I've ever been to but I openly admit I went in as a credit whore. Making a detour at Party Zone USA to ride their kiddie coaster. After buying the ticket, I then had to ask 2-3 employees who could operate the ride. When I found the right employee, they asked where my kid was. Yeah...there wasn't a kid with me so I got a shocked look.
