The last 2/3 of Voyage. 'Nuff said.

Shockwave was so jealous of Mindbender at SFOG that it turned green with envy! Looks like a great park, can't wait to go there some day.

But yet Carowinds still manages to have one. lol

LOL Ok it's not THAT bad. I went to Mexico last year and THAT was pretty bad. The zoo down where we were was AWFUL.

^ It's been down since 2002 I think. The current owner must have decided to just let the place go to pot and never do any upkeep.

^ I think we've beaten SFOG in attendance the past 2 years, I know we did the year Borg opened, not sure about last year.

^^^ Ahhh! scary! For me Voyage all the way, especially in the back. The floater time is insane. Before they trimmed it to death Beast was really good.

^^ If you've ridden coasters before you won't have any problems. If you're that concerned about it go to the doctor and have an EKG done and make sure you're ok. Millions of people ride coasters every year and don't have any problems. It's just that you hear about the cases where something bad happens all the times, you never hear "Wes went on a coaster today and didn't have any problems!". It's like being scared of airplanes, when it's actually a whole lot safer than driving.

^ PKD on Saturday will be PACKED. Italian Job is an ok ride, but I wouldn't wait much past 45 minutes for it. I've been on the PKI version, but they are pretty much the same.

I didn't even know Navy Pier existed. Looks great along the water there. I'll have to visit it whenever I finally get to Chi town.

Now I'm going to have to go invade my mom's pictures and scan some of my bad hair years. lol

Have you checked out www.rcdb.com ? You can search for a park and then search for parks that are in the surrounding area. Like when you go to the Magic Mountain page then click on "parks nearby" it gives you this. http://www.rcdb.com/locationresult.htm?nearpark=4&pstatus=141 Like SFMM has a ton of parks in the area around LA. But SFGRADV is close to a lot of parks too. I'm just saying if you're coming all this way, be sure and hit a few parks. Anyway, hope you enjoy your time in the States!

Glad you guys survived ok. I've done 100 miles on a bike (when I was in shape) and I can identifiy, but my bruises probably weren't anything close to yours. So you going to Texas next for their marathon? lol
