  1. S'okay. We were going to find out sooner or later about the s-n-o-w-f-a-l-l.
  2. That's great! I wish I could have been able to do something like that with a kit (any kit, darnit) back in the days of my parents' (shudder) Silver Aluminum Tree... Whatta hoot that would've been - and the colors of track! Mm, m! My, my. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to your new "Seasonal Model."
  3. Mmmm - hoooo-kaaahhhh. Mmmm - ugly little crabs. Mmmm - buffalo wings. What more can I say?
  4. just saw ZATHURA yesterday afternoon.... Was fun. I think the plot line of 'brothers learning to get along' was a bit tooooo long. But hey - it's a fantasy/action/LearningSomething movie, right? Effects were somewhat cheesy - and we really began to wonder how much SPOLIER ALERT of the house should really be, uh, intact after all the pounding and pounding and pounding it took from....... Well, we enjoyed it on the whole, and was fun to watch on a big screen. IMAX may have been more interesting to see, if it was on one of those screens. _________________________________________ 3 out of (a possible) 5 TPR 'Hoodies' 8) 8) 8)
  5. ^^^ Must - back - away - from - clown - sweater...
  6. Hope you're feeling better, BiC.
  7. My part two take - What is Elissa doing with that string there at the sluts, er, slots machine, Derek in back? OMG did she rig that game??? Somehow?????? And those kid coasters, Derek? Well, I think throwing your hands up in the air was a nice touch. Showing the ability of succeeding over .... um .... height restrictions? Nice.
  8. You couldn't get me up that f'in tower there, even if it meant a bonus 100 creds!!! Elissa is a smart woman. Remember that, Robb. She knows what is right and what is c-c-c-c-crazy for her/you/you both. And probably Derek, too. Derek looked pretty kool there on Insanity, even tho, the palms can give you away, lolol. Good TR start, guys.
  9. ^ Oops. My bad. ^ Ah well, it'll still be a busy year for him, hmm?
  10. Not with the ferret! You'll need the cyclonic insert, instead. ~ ~ ~
  11. Actually, I am leaning towards the Rocky Horror round-up.
  12. I just remembered! You'll be there during EPCOT's (gasp) 25th Anniversary! Opened in October of 1981, wasn't it? I still have an original special opening day ticket for it here somewhere.... Got it thru an early edition of (then) Disney News. And Germany was one of the original countries in WS that opened with the Experimental Community Of Tomorrow. Kewl. You're gonna be busy, busy there into the fall.
  13. Moi trois aussie pour la parc WonderlandCanada: http://www.canadas-wonderland.com/preorder/index.cfm?utm_source=HolidaySale1&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=HolidaySale&utm_content=standard-edition (bad French, sry) Um, looks like Paramount is hittin' every peeps up for Das Holidaze. Hmmm. Ours was $77 Cdn each, w/two bought. One pass is $99 Cdn  But all-parks use perk thrown in, 2.
  14. ^ Youch. Too close for my comfort zone, lol. ^
  15. I was curious to check out - if everybody from CANADA, would put that after their city, instead of the province? Like I did, see Avatar? What would happen to that "where TPR peeps live" list? Hmmm... I am sure there are alot of us Canucks out here, and there. But, from the looks of the recent stats - less than.... 6?????? Just an observe.
  16. Happy Anniversary guys. Now go have some quality time to yourself WITHOUT CAMERAS and enjoy it all. By the way - Anny #3 is I believe..... leather?
  17. ^ I think that alot of peeps bashed and bash DCA, is just as a matter of "concept vs. basis." Meaning, instead of movies to base a lot of attractions on (pretty well ALL of the DL rides were based on existing or to-be movies and/or television specials Disney made) - DCA attempted to base it's entirety around the 'concept of California,' which then turns into all the 'landmark' touristy-type things we'd all think about such a place/state/environment. But - things are changing. Hey, it took Disneyland four years to add on the Matterhorn, Subs and Monorail to it's mix. Wasn't till 1967 till Tomorrowland went thru it's first change(s). And good ald Haunted Mansion? 1969 debut, right? And the park opened in, um, 1955? And lately, Disney HAS been tweaking and changing DCA to be a more inclusive 'theme park', albeit with help from WDW (ToT) and Pixar. Rough start in 2001, but hey - that was a rough year for a lot of people. They'll do fine. Just be patient as best you (all) can.
  18. ^ All of the above... ^ Ain't nuthin' more satisfyin' than a good bump-up for a thread that needs it. (Post #669 - what, ever.)
  19. Remember also, you might be (who am I kidding? You WILL BE...) asked to pose for photos with.... Oceans of Shamus? Better start limbering up and getting those arms strong and muscled for the many, many shoulders they'll embrace - for pix of course - during your stay there in 'Germany.' Hope that everything works out for you in this new part of your life - and more!
  20. No. Will you be buying popcorn in the next week?
  21. Father Figure. George Michael. Faith.
  22. Just to help you a bit about DLPR and the seasons... This Disney park was built with the cold and winter in mind. That's why the two arcades exist on Main Street (one on either side, Liberty & Discovery), and that 95% of all the attractions are, indeed, under some form of cover, or in a show building itself. The ones you'd get caught in rain and such would be two of the coasters (Big Thunder, Indiana Jones) a few of the Fantasyland attractions (Dumbo, Casey Jr., The Alice Maze, Canal Boats,), some walking areas, but most are covered in some fashion against the elements. The Autopia would be closed, always is after fall starts. There's also a great neat little (well, not so little) "secret pathway" that starts in Liberty Arcade and continues thru Frontierland, in and round thru Adventureland and finally ends up near Peter Pan in Fantasyland. And good 95% of it is entirely undercover, 'cept around Adventureland.Perfect for the 'beeline' from the back of the park to the front w/o crowds. Or vice versa to get to Peter Pan right off the bat, lol.
