  4. Hmmm. Don't know which was more freaky... The deer head in the small garbage pail - or the ride op somewhat 'asleep'? Gee, I hope she knowss where the emergency stop button is, with her eyes closed, "just in case," lolol. Good TR. Thanks.
  5. End of Third Quarter of the Greycup football game this afternoon: Edmonton Eskimos 20 Montreal Allouettes 18
  6. Don't worry Carnage. CLou's gonna need all the 'practise' she can, once a bunch of us turn up at a (gasp) waterpark and/or hotel pool??? And yes, Gavin and Wally - nice, nice. He's a charmer......er....Gavin. 8)
  7. Yuck. ^ Sorry to hear. And thanks for doing that kind of work, too. I go to movies once a week, most of the year - and I am always impressed how newer, younger crews are really well trained now. Seems a bit better than just five-ten years ago. Who knows? Thanks for cleaning up all that crap. Much appreciated.
  8. I Will Survive Gloria Gaynor
  9. MmmmmMcRibbbbbbb. Nice TR guys.
  10. Salutations Captain Fighty The Doers vancouver band
  11. Wow. That looks soooooo like up around here and our Gulf Islands area. If you didn't tell me where you had gone, and lied about the location.... woulda fooled me, Phishy. Great TR so far. There ARE non-theme park places one can go for a Holiday holiday, heh heh. Looking forward to the rest of your time there. And --- does Gavin find snow??? (the suspence, the unknowing.....)
  12. Hey, good thoughts coming from me too, for your Granny. I never really had one of my own, so I know they're really valuable and fun. Hope she's doing okay there, now.
  13. Mmmm. Looks really nice in those pix there. This is becoming such a grand Finale to the UK Trip next year... After all of the coasters we'll have ridden in England and Wales, and then to add-on something like this, and Balder... wow. The perfect Steel and Woodie Finales I think, IMhO. ~ ~ ~ ~
  14. ^ Think you look fine. But - howsabout a bit'o a SMILE there? I think that's what's missing from a lot of self-pix here. And more leg, huh? More grinning, peeps! IMhO.
  15. I found this at dlp.info about a new flyer, for finding restaurants at DisneyParis a bit easier, to those staying in the hotels on-site. I just liked the look of it. Looks nice, hmmm?
  16. I finished up putting together over 50 Christmas cards to send out, locally. By snail mail... Eventually, I will get to the USA mailing - another 50 plus cards. Then, the International mailing.  I am such a geek for some traditions. Still.
  17. THANKYOU for the chocolate fountain shot! Extra creds from me for that, lol. Wow, some of that food looked awfully good. Amazing what one can do with chicken, or burgers. Desserts looked tasty, too. Looks like you had a good time there, with all the food and the coastering. Hope nobody got 'ill' or upset tummies from all that Vegas Side-Boobies Excitement! And all Elissa got, was Two Posters of Hunks??? Vegas is not fair to women (and a few gays)...
  18. We have a similar crazy day here in Vancouver and parts of Canada, tho it's the day after Christmas, called Boxing Day. A British tradition, where well-off families would 'box' their old clothing and extra food to give to charities and the poor. Here nowadays, it's more-or-less an extra day off from work, etc. But - the electronics' shops and those stores selling such items, drastically drop the prices on stuff, starting that day. And lineups start overnight for this one-day sale-a-thon. Television of course, does their annual 'reporting' on this cough*cough Annual Tradition, too. Never done it. Never will. Can't be bothered. As said above here, there are plenty of times thru-out the year for exact same savings on some of this stuff, that some peeps just don't realize, or bother to find out about. ~ ~ ~ ~ What actually gets me, is prior to this day, everybody is (traditionally) bitching and complaining about "the cost of this..." and the "rising prices on..." Then, on Boxing Day, these people have (suddenly) multi-hundreds of $ to spend on these Boxing Day Deals.... WTF is it with that? Anyway. My take/rant on such a day, here or where you all are.
  19. Post #700! My very first roller coaster with inversions was the original Corkscrew, in Knott's Berry Farm, September 1975. The first of it's kind, anywhere... then.
  20. If Soren isn't hot enough for you Chrissie, I've found that the UK tends to send the nicest looking men! You may be working right next to a real hottie if you end up there! -Julie (who misses the Scotland area of Millenium Village...kilts...nummy ) Loooooooool!! Ahh Kilts... There are probably more there than there are here! Ah, speaking of A Kilt.... Thankyou MouseInfo.com for the recent pic from DuckTales release.
  21. The jar of Korean BBQ Sauce waits patiently on the counter, not knowing whether it's to be used tonight... or not.
  22. So, um - where's the chocolate fountain pic??? (Licks lipsss) (j/k)
