  1. Rolling In The Deep - Adele "21"
  2. Very impressive. And thanks for sharing the opening day pix, Hanno.
  3. Yeah, and now the show is set to close, soon. Bummer. I love Raul Esparza, and all he's done (Rocky Horror, Taboo, Company to name a few). Hope there's a cast cd of it, nonetheless. I mean, if "Lysistrata Jones" and "Bonnie & Clyde" (both closed) get a cast cd....... ?
  4. I have the feeling the new Potter addition is going where the previous OZLand used to be at USJ. That's where a VERY truncated version of "Wicked" was staged, as well as an Oz-themed merry-go-round...and a gift shop, lol! The whole thing was closed up and fenced this past summer when TPR toured there. Hmmm. Me in front of all of OZ, USJ-style. (2007 TPR Tour) And this was at the back of it all - with stadium seating and huge stage area. So... a PotterLand here? Possible/probable.
  5. ...and uh...most things I have seen, copied in the major Japan parks.... well.... USJ Potter will probably blow the USIoA original off of it's foundations, too. And then there's the new Potter second section being built in USO, with the indoor coaster tie-in? Awesome if they add that, too.
  6. ^ Congrats on that! And the annual TPR tours questionnaire just arrived at my email box. Filled it out - and sent it back. It's getting closer - and this is getting exciting! I don't know if I can last thru summer till it happens, lol. (China tours - Sept).
  7. Man, I just caught up on a bunch of WDW sites I bookmark. And from the looks of it, there is so much going on, specifically with the MK expansion, TT being redesigned...maybe AVATAR coming to reality at AK soon.... 2015-16* looks like to be The Year(s) to Visit all that is Walt Disney World Resort, lol! (*More opened by then.)
  8. Having a kidney stone (we're pretty sure now) sucks big time.
  9. ^ All of the giveaways listed with all the pledges, look totally awesome, Larry! EDIT to add: Done and Done!
  10. ^ That would be so cool! I might even do a more local "TPR Tour" by then lol. And CarsLand looks positively drool-y.
  11. ^ Heh heh. I totally agree with you on that.
  12. I remember when Anita Bryant was pushing orange juice for the Florida Citrus Comission (?) back in the day, there were a few commercials done with the Sunshine Bird, whistling along. Silly - but apparently they sold a lot of juice, too. "Come to the Florida Sunshine Tree..." (That's all I got - and all I want to remember, lol.)
  13. ^ That looks so cool! A sugar RUSH to be sure, lol. But I am glad they are finally doing something from the original artist's rendering of RCM. Yummy!
  14. Woo hoo! The TONY nominations come out on Tuesday - May 1st. Hosted by Kristen Chenowith (Wicked; Pushing Daisies & GCB on tv) and Jim Parsons (Big Bang Theory and soon to open on Brdwy in "Harvey") Can't wait!
  15. I really miss Toverland, but have no idea when I'd be able to get back there. (Other TPR tours to do, hmm?) All the new stuff and stuff-to-be looks great! Thanks for sharing your first park visit of the year. And the movie was fun too! Loved the end credits, lol.
  16. when all is said and done its' a just a matter of random - dom de dom.
  17. Is it ready yet??? (Edit to add, I DO know it's not open till July. )
  18. Probably for the best, if nobody did.
  19. "Not a Starbucks fan per se - But better than Nescafe' any old day!"
  20. ^ Thankyou! I had no idea, lol. Looks like a lot of fun for the kids and their parents. And that is quite the expansion for Toverland! Amazing that it (mostly) started as the "Big Box Theme Park" it was, heh. Booster BIke and Troy have certainly helped start it on it's current path of awesomeness!
  21. I think it's kind of cool that you can have the use of a nice new hotel right by the park, to relax in, get away from crowds, and enjoy in addition to the park itself. There are many times, during a TPR Tour, we have arrived in the late evening at a park's host hotel. We used it for the night's sleep, then checked out that morning and did the park, and then continued on to our next destination. Simple, but it was nice to have the hotel right there when we needed it. Toverland's new hotel will be a great stopover for those who need it, I am sure. Or one to enjoy on it's own, too. Hotels can be as much fun as visiting the park itself, yes? (i.e. Colossus at Europa).
  22. Duckmill? What's a duckmill? Doesn't matter. Great park. And soon a hotel, too! Need to go back there again.
  23. ^ Thanks! I know this particular guy has been updating to various Disney sites, with his ongoing video coverage of the construction. Great! And enjoy your mid-May visit!
  24. Took the question right out of my head Chuck, heh heh. Yes. ^ What he asked.
