  1. Man, I totally (nearly) blocked out all that time we waited on the bus for poor Robb and Bruce getting - the - refund .............. back. But they stuck to it, and got some $$$ for all that time spent....I hope. And the re-counting system was truly a marvel. I mean, who knew that using your fingers and a good sharp pencil still worked? Who knew???
  2. ^ What he said, only mid-afternoon on... Sunday.* *And sadly, no CDs or souvenir pictorial books/programmes to be found, Jon. I tried.
  3. I thought (when I saw first concept art for it) that the Arctic Blast coaster was going inside the building(s) it was directly opposite. But, I found out last weekend, it didn't. Still, a great zippy little powered coaster, and from my onride observations, it sure as heck got the locals screaming, heh heh.
  4. It was so nice meeting you Megan, and touring with you, along with catching up with good ole' Big Mike there, lol. Enjoying the TR, so far. Big Bearhugs!
  5. Oh, and Robb? I just got home from the tours today, and a blue Club TPR bag was a'waitin' for me! (Thanks!)
  6. Pleasurewood Hills in the TPR 2006 UK Tour had one of those ^ and called it Thunderstruck. I and a few others rode it while we were (at the time) still waiting in line to ride another coaster called (hah) Enigma.... I liked this flat and wished we had one of them at my home park. (EDIT to Add: Tivoli's 'Flic Flac' ride op = EVIL; Linannmaki's 'TakeOff' = WILD!) It was my Very First One. And I LIKED IT! (o:
  7. "Days Like This" Van Morrison
  8. Mmmm. Museum Playspace ERT. Cool!
  9. Now - about those cinammon rolls.... Anyone seen one of those "gooey" things, yet?
  10. No, not when I am considering what tour "might" be available in or by....2016?* No, not odd at all, Bob. *(Shanghai Disneyland is open, I hope, by then?)
  11. I have made a pledge to myself to do every - Japan - TPR Tour that Robb and Elissa put together. Until I can't do it any more, lol. Period. It's just too awesome a country to pass up. (And yeah, there's that Disney "resort thing" there.)
  12. No. Have you ever had a dog AND a cat at the same time, in your home?
  13. Yum and wow - I must definitely get down to WDW after the Dwarfs' Coaster opens. So much to see, ride... and eat/drink!
  14. Damn, I haven't even started this month's China Tour (leaving on Friday), and already I can't wait to head back to Japan! And then... there's Tokyo Disney Sea .
  15. IMhO, I think CTX was supposed to be like another Alien Encounter for WDW - and once again, it was deemed too scary for "all the family." So they did the toneing down (unfortunately) to what it's like, today. (I think Disney has to really try their hands at a truly teen-adult Villains Park, hmm? Yes? They've already proven they can do it... twice! ) EDIT to add: Sorry for adding to this focus.
  16. ^Yes, I think there would be the possibility of rotating casts in the attraction, every two or three times per day. Just so each cast can catch their collective breath, lol, and then be 'on' for their next performance. Just suggesting. (EDIT to Add: It all looks AWESOME, Robb! Thanks for sharing all of what you saw ~ Dwarfs' Coaster FanBoy already ~ )
  17. "Good Old Mountain Music" Alabama
  18. ^ You're doing fine with the english translation. Better than I do in my own english sometimes, lolol. And that - is a lot - of land (Dirt!) being cleared!
  19. ^ Funny you should bring that first series up... We had the pleasure of part of our neighborhood becoming an upcoming scene in the great tv series, SUPERNATURAL! I don't follow it as much as my partner does, but "Sam & Dean" were the focus of the scene..... and.... ... their awesome car! No pix of car, sorry. And we watched all the filming from our frohnt porch roof. David gave a thumbs-up to "Dean" and got same back, from in The Car! That was David's thrill, heh heh. This scene is supposed to end up in the third or fourth episode of the upcoming season. In October, I am pretty sure. Nice! This was start of original set decoration on closed corner (soon to be condos). Some locals thought actual liquor store opening soon! Big laugh explaining what it really was. Then realized the cork board wouldn't fit, so they switched the notice board around booth for better look to it all. Worked for us, LOL.
  20. Pump It Up by Elvis Costello
  21. I will go thru this attraction at least once, just so I can get awed by all the special effects they use in it. The door is just the beginning......
  22. Aren't some Meet & Greets in one or more Disney parks starting to use a fastpass system, as well as attractions? Just asking. I thought there was going to be a few of them using this system as well, so parents can plan their children's Meet & Greet into their day's planning. Which I think is a good idea considering all the tired and dazed kids and/or parents I have seen in some M&G lines, around Disney's themepark world, lol. Maybe the new Ariel M&G will be one of those with FP. (EDIT TO ADD: Probably can't be done, with so many families coming into the parks. And if there's a sellout of FPs to see Ariel... probable chaos will ensue, LOL! So - I withdraw my suggestion )

  24. Very cool, Shane. Um, could the design be still used, to get one built, in my back yard? Just wishin'.
