^I just shot them an email, so expect demolition to begin within the next few days.
Maybe they'll replace it with an over-produced light show with questionable choreography and cringe-worthy vocals.
I am really interested in working at Cedar Point this summer and I'm wondering if there are steps I can take to secure the position I truly want. I would love to work on the ride crew at either Maverick, GateKeeper, or Millennium Force.
I'm a passionate worker and I'm not hesitant to ask for what I want, as long as it's something reasonable. I know many of you are current/former employees of the park. Can someone offer me advice?
So pretty much, with the addition of the top hat, if the train has enough speed to make it through that element, it will make it to the end of the ride. If not, it will roll back and relaunch. With the prior layout, the train could have had enough speed to make it through the first couple elements, but then valley in the middle of the course.
I really cannot stand the new color schemes at this Happy Valley park. In my opinion, they contrast way too much with the theming, which really takes away from all the beautiful details. I feel like Crystal Wing's old colors were much more fitting and aesthetically pleasing.
But anyway, great pictures, Hanno! Thanks for sharing.
Completely agree with both of these. That little section is the coolest part about Great Bear and I've always thought Manhattan Express has a great-looking layout; it just doesn't ride well.
If there's one element I feel like Arrow did correctly, it's the corkscrew.
Now, the entrances/exits of those corkscrews...well, that's a different story.
^He's saying the spot that Tree Top Racers currently occupies is quite small, so we can infer that the coaster that will be taking its place will have to fit into that same small plot of land.
Manta's trains are great, too.
This coaster looks magnificent. A little surprised at the price tag, though. Hopefully a lot of that has to do with building on terrain?
