  1. There is no way this is real! This is one of the most amazing drawings I have ever seen... Actually it is the best dawing I have ever seen. Everything is so accurate, and detailed. You got serious skill with drawing, keep up the amazing work!
  2. I can top that Tatum. Six Flags New England, and we only got on 3 rides.
  3. Great Pictures John, this is a great park. Just one thing I noticed in the last picture is that the coaster track dips a bit into the water. I don't know it might be the angle of the picture, but I thought I would point that out.
  4. Great Pictures Mike. Great pictures especially of you in the football position. Did you ever play football? Because you seem like your built for it. I guess being Big Mike does have its perks for getting on rides and charming the ladies. Great pictures can't wait to see more.
  5. Ya, I noticed the TPR TV, it still seems like it needs a lot more work, but its a great idea. Once you finish it will it be for just theme park videos, or can it be any videos you have? (Within reason)
  6. Yes. Have you ever burst out singing in a crowded place?
  7. Great pictures Tom. Even though that park seems pretty limited on attractions it seems like it has a nice setting. Also that is the most messed up Wacky Worm I have seen. I guess its a slight improvement over the original.
  8. I don't know how many times I have heard someone say that the tallest and fastest roller coaster is in Japan. I don't know maybe they are thinking of when Steel Dragon was still the tallest and the fastest. They need to get with the times though.
  9. ^From most people you will talk to they will say yes. It has a great combination of rides and entertainment. It has a really nice setting too. You should definitely stop if you are in Tennessee. BTW Great pictures, looks like a fun event to participate in.
  10. I had this problem, but I don't have a Mac. But every time I would open Steelworx my computer would freeze. I realized that when I downloaded it that it came with two steelworx folder copies. I just deleted the copy and it worked fine from then on. It might be different with a Mac though.
  11. This is me and my friend on Superman Ride of Steel at SFNE. I am on the right in the green shirt. Notice the guys in the back.
  12. I get to go to my first concert this summer with my uncle and we are going to the Dave Matthews Band. If you have been to one of his concerts how do you compare them to other concerts you have been to?
  13. Great Pictures Mike! (As always) VooDoo definitely fits in that location, it doesn't look like it was just plopped down in a random spot. Did you get to ride Laser with it leaving Dorney? Can't wait to see more pictures.
  14. ^The colors are suppose to look faded, but some people have different tastes. This parks looking great, keep it up.
  15. Regardless the degree of the drop that slide looks amazing. That thing is worth a trip to Germany itself. I'm just wondering what the forces are like on that over bank. I hope they will put something like this in the U.S.
  16. Six Flags has to protect their equipment. No one is going to leave the park without their license or credit card. Kids without anything of value on them to lose? They don't have any incentive to return the Q-bot. That makes sense. I think I was just mad that we had to wait in the lines instead. At least in two years I will have my licence and this won't be a problem anymore.
  17. Great Pictures Mike, it makes me miss Niagara Falls. It seems like Martins Fantasy Island never has a crowd. How were they when you were there? Great pictures Mike, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.
  18. ^That is true, but I think because the last two times I have been to Six Flags I never waited in more then a twenty minute line. So I guess I will have to go to SFNE on a Saturday in July and then compare the two days. Added: I got a few pictures from the day. I didn't get to many because the battery for the camera is kind of wack, so it had low battery most of the time I was there. Also this was my first time bringing the Digital Camera to an amusement park, so I was not to good with timing. A final shot of Superman Ride of Steel. I keep wondering what that girl was looking at. Poor souls going up the lift, most likely not knowing what they had gotten themselves into. This was surely not worth a fifty minute wait. If you stare at the screen long enough Superman will actually fly away! Like I said we saw this sight alot. This is what the line was like for most of the day for Superman. Note. Look at the sign on the left. We saw this sight many times while waiting in line in the hot sun. I got lucky to even get any part of the train in this picture. Westfield State College is where we held our performance.
  19. To lead up to Six Flags New England my school band went to a competition in Westfield Massachusetts at Westfield State College called the Great East Festival. We arrived at the festival at about 10:00am. We spent about three and a half hours performing and watching other bands play. We played two songs and in the end received a gold medal. The highest you could get is platinum, but gold is second best. The festival ended at about 1:00, but we didn't end up leaving until about 1:20. It was another 35 minutes to get to the park after that. Since we were the last to perform we were the last to arrive at Six Flags, and we had the least amount of time. My group of friends and I had a plan to get a Flash Pass as soon as we got in the park because we were expecting long lines. We finally got into the park at about 1:50 and we headed right for the Flash Pass building. My friend had a frequent user card for the Flash Pass from last year, which meant we did not have to watch the five minute instructional video. When we showed it to the staff member he said that we couldn't use it since it was from a year ago. This we could understand, but it’sa what happened after that got us a little irritated. When we finished watching the video we walked up to the counter to buy our pass. Since it requires an I.D to purchase one last year we were able to use our school I.Ds to buy it since we were on a school field trip and there were only a couple chaperones in attendance, and they weren't even in our group. When he asks for the I.D we give him our school I.D, but he says that they do not allow these types of I.Ds. We had already noticed that the lines in the park had become very long with all the music festivals being there, and now that we couldn't get the Flash Pass we would have to wait in the lines. Walking down Main Street I have always liked the atmosphere in this section of the park, and the brick pathways really add to the affect. Walking by Cyclone we noticed that the line wasn't very long at all, so we had high hopes heading for Superman. Once we came to the top of the stairs leading to the DC Comic section of the park we were able to peak into Supermans line. We saw that was very long for being a school day. Once we got into the line we saw the sign saying 70 minutes from this point. This made us a little anxious because we only had four hours in the park. The line moved fairly quickly, because of it running two trains and the operators were doing a good job not to stack the trains as much as they were doing last year. It took us about one hour to get into the station, and since there were mostly kids at the park that meant that most people were heading for the front seat. This made it a very short wait for the very back. Superman was running great this year, and I feel like it was running much better then years past. The first drop always catches me off guard everytime I go on this ride, especially when I'm in the back seat. The second hill I have always felt was a little tame, but this year the airtime on the hill was great. The rest of the ride was its normal airtime packed, very smooth self. It still ranks as the best ride I have ever been on. My group made the choice of heading to Mind Eraser, and if you don't know it already it is the parks SLC. The line was about 50 minutes long, which is abouts 50 minutes too long if you are waiting for an SLC. It was running two trains and the line was mostly shaded so waiting wasn't too bad. While waiting in line the train stopped about half way up the lift. I was dreading it broke down because we had waited long enough, and now that it has broke down we would have to wait even longer. Well it turns out someone brought a camera on the ride to try to get some pictures, so the ride operator walked right up the lift took the camera from her, then cycled the train around and called security to take her away. This took about five minutes, but then we finally got onto the ride. The ride ops were very friendly and played around with the people about to ride. Last year when I rode Mind Eraser I didn't find it too bad because I think I was just excited to get on it for the first time. This year was a different story. The ride was very shaky and rough. I wanted the ride to end immidietly after the first drop. Also the first inversion or should I say the Kidney Bean Inverion was one of the roughest parts. Sitting on the brakes both my friend and I's ears were beat red, and out heads were hurting. After getting off the ride one of the ride ops noticed us complaining about the ride. He completely agreed with us, and said it gave him a headache every time he road it. The exit ramp for the ride is right near the queue for the ride and we saw a girl try to jump off the ramp to cut the line and get on another ride. (Why would she want another ride?) The ride ops saw this and literately pulled her off the guard rail and brought back to the station and called security. After Mind Eraser we stopped to get a drink and got to ride Superman one more time. This time it had about a 40 minute wait which gave us enough time to ride it and get back to the bus. We finally got to the bus at about 5:15. It was a pretty bad day for us, only getting in 3 rides in 4 hours. We heard from other people who only had got on 2 rides with the long lines. Comments: -I thought these new policies for the Flash Pass were very annoying because what kid is going to have their own I.D, besides their school I.D. -From the rides we got on the ride ops seemed very friendly, and they did their job well. -I noticed Nightwing was testing throughout the day. Does anyone know whats wrong with it? -I do like how they how they have modified the Q-Bot so that you don't have to go to the ride and scan it, and that you can just scroll through the list. I should have a couple pictures from the day up later.
  20. I was shocked to see this on the news last night. From the news I could have swore I heard them saying it was the vault with the original films in them, but I guess I heard wrong. Also the fire and smoke seemed pretty intense. Robb, Elissa, or anybody in the LA area, how far could you see the smoke from?
  21. Could someone post a picture of a coaster from RCT imported into No Limits and not modify any of it? I just want to see what it looks like.
