The Coaster inside the Amsterdam Dungeon. No idea what its name is, never been on it. But its less than a 5 minute walk from my house. -

So sad, Knightmare actually looks like a lot of fun. Hope we'll get to see more of it. I know a couple of dutch parks where it would fit perfectly -

Funniest Ride and Coaster Names
julioot replied to Movieguy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I allways thought Joris & de draak (or George and the dragon) to be a pretty weird name. I think most people would love to ride a dragon. Riding a George... I don't know.. Feels like I want to get to know him a little better first. -
Give these parks a little credit. They have been through a lot of owners, owners that didn't tread the parks with the love and respect every park should get. Both walibi belgium and walibi world in Holland have been adding a new 3d cinema, did a lot of maintence on their older rides and buildings. And last but not least: re-opening rides that have been sbno for years, mostly thanks to previous owners. The walibi parks have been making little progress over the last couple of years. Mostly on the management- and finacial management level. Also I'm pretty sure we'll see some future expentsions within the next couple of seasons. By the way, nice tripreport

[RCT2] Theme Park Review Park.
julioot replied to jakecallan's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
So this wont be one giant park? Or do you have a way to put all the pieces toghether in the end? If its allright by everyone. I'd take a little more than 24 hours and will submit my part at the end of this weekend. If that's allright I'll go ahead and occupy place 3 -

Nice, Loving the colours of this train. Also those onboard camera's. Allthough im slightly worried the video's will be blurry in a few years when the "b&m rattle" starts to kick in. -

I don't see a problem with selling beer in amusement parks. For the daddy's it's a day out aswell, not just the children. And every family member should be able to have a good time in the park. If beer helps, than fine. In europe beer is very common in themeparks and as far as I know only occasionaly brings trouble. But if we are going to allow people taking a drug like alcohol. Why not open a nice little drug area where guest can experiment on taking drugs and doing rides while under the influance Here in the Netherlands, this isn't to big of a problem at all. So I would like to see the first themepark coffeeshop. -

Lovely little park. I visited this before it was a Plopsa park. I was quit a bit younger back than, but I was farley impressed with the "Coaster". It's a impressive kiddy/family coaster with single person cars. Smooth suprising and lovely use of terrain. thnx for the report -

Favorite Togo coaster (is it Bandit?)
julioot replied to pkdcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think the only togo i've been on was Skyrider at Canada's wonderland. At that point my very first stand-up, and i loved it. The first drop (backrow) is one of the better drops I'hv been on. Allthough the lay-out is not that interesting. Concidering it's age it's good enough. And it still packs some airtime hills, wich are awesome standing up. -
Most. OverRated. Ride. of 2012.

Skyrush or whats her face called? I think this will be a big dissapointment. Apart from its uglyness, the ride itself doesnt seem very interessting to me. -
