  1. So you went two after all...I still say the other option was better, but atleast the curve is fluid now...
  2. The stand up's first part is...unrealistic. Especially since theirs a dive machine right across the park. Love the go carts though...
  3. No line because it's a painful POS. .....And I assume your reffering to Face//Off because Vortex is the best ride KI has to offer. Heres my take on the Arrow/komas' Top Gun: A bit too short, but really fun. Vortex: One of my all time favorite coasters. Its a bit rough, but think of how old it is, and how mistreated it's unfortunately become. Face//Off: BOO! AE: One of my first coasters, and its still fun. Sure, its not the worlds greatest ride, but its a MINE COASTER! They're made to be family-oriented. Reptar: Pretty fun for a kiddy IMO. I honestly don't think that the Jr SLC is that bad compared to its older sibling.
  4. Yeah, I just saw it the other day...
  5. Backyard boomerang has been done in a sence. Go look up a ride called "Timber" As for the launcher, I've been pondering that aswell, and I have a good backyard for a shuttle..
  6. Dont forget Knott's Island and Knott's Lake
  7. Truthfully, 1 seems smoother. Think about it. Option 2, you come off the hill and get slammed sideways, then even out into the breaks. On 1 though, you keep going down while gradually bending into it, then continue the curve as you come back up. Might work best if it popped into a small airtime hill, but still alot smoother overall.
  8. *chants* Nuke that goat! Nuke that goat!
  9. I want to say you made the areas to close to each other, but I'm guessing this is more of a minipark. Anyways, I love that coaster now that I see the full layout, but the dive machine could be better...
  10. I'm guessing thats the helix? I'm trying to figure out the orientation of the ride and such. Anyways, color looks nice, and so should the ride once it's finished. I can't wait to go there and use my Maxx pass this year
  11. Whee, rocket! I like that you wen't with the every-other color scheme, but it looks kind of uneven and ugly once you get to the twisty sections of the hill. Try to fix that if you get the chance.
  12. Does Desert Blast just have a straight out launched lift or something? Either way, the park looks INCREDIBLE so far. I only pity that I wont be able to dl it, since I no longer run a RCT-worthy computer (aka I got a macbook.)
  13. Yeah exactly what I was thinking! So....Robb....[in an innocent tone] when are we going to see the 1st "Theme Park Review Coaster Landmark"? When we go to FantazyLand! Can I make a plaque out of wood from Psyclone? And the award for greatest rollercoaster ever goes to...the revamped Son of Beast! What could beat an extremely rough and now nearly pointless ride, formatted with equally rough trains? On a lighter note, its about time Racer got it's recognition. It was one of the key elements that brought in the second coming of amusement parks after all...
  14. Loving the catwalk. Also, that under-bed turn makes for a cool tunnel. Close off the sides if you can.
  15. Welcome to Earth, Kristen-tums ! Congratulations!
  16. Looks pretty sweet. I think the finale should dive down from that hill, then helix upwards into the station.
  17. Huge props for making a Bleach coaster, but then they all go down the drain for chosing to base is off Byakuga. Honestly one of my least favortie characters, and thats saying something since I love everyone in that series....
  18. It could always be a mini Intami Gyro-tower. I would say don't rule out the companies that make generic drop rides, but MOA looks like the park that uses professionals IMO. As for Avatar, I'm saying its the Euro Fighter aswell. Theres no reason to shoot down the proposed ride, and the claim fits the layout.
  19. Your doing the pre-flood Coney Island, correct? Well, either way there is a pathway from that edge of the park to the river, where the old ferry entrance was. Also that launcher doesn't look to realistic in the long run, but it does blend in nicely for some points...
  20. I just like to screw with false Aquatrax claims xD Thanks for clearing up that question about the closeness of the parks though. ...Aquatrax
  21. Aquatrax! Aquatrax! Is the park RIGHT next to Wet'n'Wild? If thats the case, maybe the two are merging, and this (Aquatrax) will be some sort of gateway ride between the two?
  22. Including non-launchers, I think Cedar Point pretty much takes the cake. The ride ops will spiel about the ride half the time, and for the other half, its some cool pre-ride thing. I think my fave is Iron Dragon, where they said "Over the river and through the woods....See you back in the station in 1:40." Or something to that degree (which works nicely, since the ride actually goes over a river and through the woods." Also, TTD and MF have excellent station music that really gets you pumped for the ride..
