  1. Haven't been to GAm in a couple seasons and I'm looking forward to this coaster that's adding to the park's line up. Just hoping downtime is kept at a reasonable level.
  2. That drop looks incredible on its own but WAIT there's a pre drop?! I am so excited to ride it this year! NSL always seemed like an "old school thrills" park to me but they've really taken steps to stand out in the past few years with the B&M flyer, free spin, RMC, and new trains for Steel Dragon.
  3. Reading nightlife and Sandusky in the same sentence is hilarious. If you want to party, just go to Put In Bay or time your visit with Colossalcon and party at Kalahari with the best of the best anime folks or bring a deep enough crew to have your own room parties at your hotel.
  4. TPR's sense of humor disclaimer has been on the site for ages. How do people still miss it?
  5. Great report! Great to hear such glowing reviews about the attractions and landscape at Shanghai Disney. Dolphin coaster looks like soooo much fun!
  6. Oh well forget Carowinds then, ya'll have a great time at SFA riding Batman
  7. Awesome, thanks for posting. Looking forward to my annual May visit!
  8. Seeee ya. Kings Island has the quantity of coasters, but now it's time to focus on the quality. If you really enjoyed Firehawk I suggest you take a trip to Carowinds for Nighthawk. You might find that you like it better with the corkscrews.
  9. Great seeing you at CP, Chuck! Love the report as always. I agree, Maverick is my favorite sheriff in Frontiertown as well.
  10. Thanks for the photos! Can't wait for testing to start. Looks like a really fun ride.
  11. Another great report Adam, love the photos! Glad you two had an incredible time at DLP. The food, hotel, and different versions of the attractions make me want to go visit now!
  12. Hey man, vegans and vegetarians need their stoner food too That being said I was at 2 music festivals over the summer where White Castle was *giving away* the Impossible slider *for free* and the trash cans in the area were filled to the brim since people were taking one bite and tossing them. Nice to cater to everyone, but not everything is a good idea haha. ...... I agree Boo Blasters is frustrating to 'play' and I usually end up just watching and riding. I'd hope a new theme/overhaul is on the horizon soon? It used to be such an amazing dark ride. Glad you enjoyed Mystic Timbers. Thanks for the report!
  13. Oh man I hope you're wrong because I was really looking forward to the ice cream. I'll have to look into this. I did confirm that the International Street restaurant is only accessible with a buffet ticket, meaning you can't just go up to see it or just to get a beer/glass of wine. Damn. I get it, though.
  14. The park looks great, thanks for the photos! Must be an exciting event to have 2 great rides running well in the cold.
  15. It's not going to get me to sign up for a cruise but I love it! Hopefully this just encourages cruises to offer more 'thrills' while the ship is out sailing around. Everyone wins!
  16. I could gush about Disneyland forever. Thanks for the great trip report!
  17. Not gonna lie I'm pretty excited to check out Winterfest when I go home for the holidays. I need my blue ice cream fix more than I need a ride on Mystic Timbers.
  18. Since I just so happened to be updating my coasterpoll.com (no order) Lightning Run Harry Potter Escape From Gringott's Phoenix Phantom's Revenge Shockwave (SFOT) Verbolten Beast Space Mountain (DL) Mummy Scooby Doo's Spooky Coaster
  19. Guy. This is a personal project. Save up some money or ask friends with skills to help you out.
  20. Great shots all around - day and night. Really awesome work as usual! Glad you had 4 days there, that's an amazing vacation right there. I wish I told you to ride the Grizzy rapids; you hardly ever get wet yet each ride is pretty wild. Right there with you on not knowing/caring anything about the Cars franchise but damnit I love everything about Radiator Springs. Such a cool place to walk around at night.
  21. I can't imagine they're getting rid of it and sending it off with just a "bye" Hopefully they'll give some more context.
  22. It's a well produced concept, but have the KI fans seen or heard of the new Vekoma/Mack/Intamin coasters? Yeah, a huge B&M terrain coaster would be epic. But the cost to have something of that size and scale has got to be next to impossible. Even if a 300ft B&M giga was put in I doubt it'd satisfy the fans since they've been dreaming of their own concepts and they're on page 122of MS Paint Adventures. Are fans not letting go of the B&M Giga idea because B&M was listed in the latest contract? I mean, fair enough, if so... I guess that is still a very valid reason. But of all of the incredible coasters out there...why a B&M giga, haha. this is just one concept on one page. there's 122 more pages of these.
  23. They don't bother me in my mobile experience at all and I think the TPR videos in the top right corner on desktop are a nice touch. Do you what you need to do!
  24. Just catching up on the SFOG report - thanks for the in flight entertainment! Glad you got to get multiple rides on Cyclone, that ride is fantastic and the wave turn is such a great element. But those airtime hills into the zero g yeah...epic! It's good to know that the park is so easy to get to in and out of the airport. I need to start making a list of easily-accessible-from-the-airport-with-no-car parks. I can't believe JB's didn't kill you. My god what our group was served at our visit was straight vile cat's hairball looking sh*t on buns. Side beer patio is as you described though! I love Scorcher, but it's a stand up and I'll never argue with someone disliking a stand up
