Now how would 2000 gay people know how about his movie, much less get an actor's email address... then send in hate mail? Besides the emails should go to the company owners, not the actors... I think they really exploit the actors that work for them. One major company offers about $3000-4000 per movie, which to them may be a lot, but consider a DVD may set you back $70, the owners are making a boatload of money. If you think if you just get 1000 people to buy a DVD and hire 7 actors, you're still making a huge profit if you put out 5 DVDs a year. Those actors can't make a good living off of that amount, unless you're like one of my friends that has a lifetime contract with one of the companies and has appeared in a few low budget movies of his porn rep.. Gay porn didn't hurt it, it probably was because these people don't contribute (political active, vote, contribute money, etc.) to any cause, they just complain. The ones that sent the emails may be some of the people that look at it, to be honest. The organization where I volunteer raises money through different circuit parties and events because, to be honest, if we just asked for donations we wouldn't get them. Unfortunately a lot of people just volunteer for the parties, and I usually volunteer year round... so I get a lot of calls for help. Also, there is probably a need to have some positive role models in the public to dispel stereotypes, particularly people not in the entertainment industry... kind of like what I hope Barak Obama will do. Attitudes tend to change when you have someone visible that you can see is very similar to yourself. Finally as a group, I think gays don't have their act together and is divided. I don't think we can or should get marriage equality until we get this together! I see it in racial attitudes, group (Leather, transexual, drag, etc.) and between men and women... I went to a lesbian bar to meet some friends from out of town and the bouncer gave me a hard time about going in since I was a guy. I had to give her a good lecture about how our community is divided bringing up the marriage amendments that got passed and she had her head down (she didn't even let me finish).. then she let me in. Not a big picture update today; between taking care of a friend that just got out of the hospital and trying to learn building construction in RCT, I haven't had as much time. I have been working on refining parts of the coaster to the ride to increase the excitement; as a result, the last act of the ride had changed significantly. Although it changed, it moves much faster through the course and allows me to add a bit more coaster track before the end station. I also have been working on a few building additions to the ride as well. I opened up a new park just for experimenting and the following pictures is one of the work in progress buildings that I hope to add: You're just in time for a sacrifice! "C'mon in" says the demon priest... I was playing around with roofs, I ended up changing this a bit... A view at night... This is an overhead day view of the demon temple for Act Two

^Congrats! I just had remembered about a job experience where a lady got uppity on the phone with me about a job opportunity after I started work at another company. She had called me based on info from a recruiter. "Maybe you should update your account." She said all nasty. I gave her a pass that time. Then she proceed to give all these benefits and brag on her company. My eyes rolled. Then I asked her, "Well what languages do you use?" She said "Microsoft Access." No she didn't. I said realllllly nasty, "I don't DO Access!" Then I hung up on her. She don't know me. Terry "Play on my phone and I'll play back" Weaver

^I think that's a good first time start. I would work next on a bit more scenery near the coasters and maybe some landscaping so it isn't as flat. Does your coaster have good ratings? -
^I'm going to have to agree as well. Rct3Mike has definitely put his spin on the coaster. I won't say this on Atari either, but those kids are getting out of hand with the photocopiers, especially the one that was blowing up your PM box! See what you did Derek? Derek, you WILL be seeing those awesome ghosts of yours on my dark ride coaster, which isn't a mine ride btw. Well they may find their way underground though... it's a long road to hell! Terry

^A positive tone doesn't necessary mean you agree with every decision a park makes. There's always ways of saying things. Both of these statements say about the same thing: 1) I don't really agree with XXX's decision to make you put your loose articles in a locker. 2) I think XXX making you put your stuff in a locker before riding sucks. Which one sounds better? It's all about the tone of the writing. Although you may not agree, you can always make a statement without sounding negative or mean. Terry

^Bless their heart. How many sentences is that anyway? Terry

^I like the fact that now your rides are a little closer together. I would try to fill in those spaces with shops and scenery (taking a break from coasters), then connect everything through paths before letting your peeps in so they don't get lost. Terry -

Shane, stop telling the master plan! We'll revoke your gay card! Oh, there will be ESPN... you'll just have Oprah as one of the commentators asking the players about their feelings! Oh I venture to say that those pats on the butt will probably last a second too long as well! Off the hook! Now you don't have to buy or say anything! Sweep it under the rug! Ok, let's take it from the gay man that wives end up confiding to... She only wants to know if she's right. She may say she really wants to know, but I'm telling you: She only wants to know if she's right! Don't learn the hard way. If she's wrong, you're in the dog house and gets "nothing". (You know what that nothing is, right?) So in review: if you're actually right, you never bring it up again or you lie and you say no one knows. Now if you happen to be at Disney again and she hears for herself, you say "Oh baby, that's what it was!" (That's after she acknowledges it... don't do it first!) And you leave it at that, not admitting that you were right... that is unless you want your day at Disney ruined. So sweep this under the rug if you know what's good for you and don't make bets with your girlfriend/wife again! The sooner you straight men learn that, the better off you will be. So you people that are volunteering the answer, you're not actually helping his relationship! Terry "Have you heard the term 'Sore Winners'? Weaver -
^I was thinking that too. I actually stopped reading that magazine as soon as it went from PC games to primarily console. Up to that point, I thought it was a good magazine. Terry

Quick: Just buy her flowers and quickly sweep this under the rug. You won't win this even if you are right. You'll have plenty of other more important things to argue over in the future... like finances. Terry -
And that would be the hottest ride snoopy ever had! That pooch doesn't deserve it! Hey! I'm originally from the midwest too, although you'll never find me saying anything quite as crazy. I see Shane's point crystal clear... the other amusement parks should be racing to get those rides at fire sale prices. Heck I know the ride would be a bit intense for Disney, but I wonder what the Imagineers could have done with it? The last time I was at WOF, I bypassed the shuttle (line was way too long) and did notice that the park needed a sit down looper. Like Shane suggested, a sit down looper such as the B&M gives a different feel to the park and is definitely different (and a higher capacity ride) than a shuttle loop. It is definitely something that is missing from the park. Terry
