  1. Yea, I think id do it since Im a freefall nut but that thing just looks crazy. Plus the idea on how it works using just that theory on the air also is ridiculous. So simple yet so amazing. Heres the video of it: http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=596843&postcount=11
  2. Amen to that. Sometimes I get the feeling that half of america is completely illiterate and cant read. why? I dont want to be nice and consider that they just didnt take the time to read it. They just flat out arent literate.
  3. Not to mention that I havent seen my girl in what will be like 2 weeks since shell be coming home from college. I always see her once a week but this last week I lined up to do some work with the homeless. Tough choice it is. I wish I could have both but she couldnt make it down to Tennessee with me.
  4. But that video is HILARIOUS! I just love seeing hits like that in football. Absolutely great.
  5. Yea...I definatly think someone has misunderstood Sunday Mornings at church and definatly hasnt read much of the bible. That behavoir was ridiculous.
  6. Hey! Christians have little to do in reality with Catholics And Veggie Tales, no matter how bad the ride is, RULES. Man...I have the choice to stay home with my girlfriend over Thanksgiving or go down and ride Thunderhead some more...
  7. My father comes from a family of 7 and my mother a family or 5. Needless to say I have way to many aunts and uncles and even several Great Aunts and Great Uncles. Craziness. I want 3.
  8. We have been shipping massive quantities of XBOX 360 Kiosk sets through UPS this entire week. I wanted to drive my car up to the bay doors and drop a few in but ya know, that wouldnt exactly keep my job But its cool to see the stuff moving through our hub over here in Maumee Ohio.
  9. All I need to say is: Anthony "VERY quickly losing faith in CF" Harrison
  10. Google is thinking: All your base are belong to us!
  11. That is completely impossible. Draggin Iron is one of the most lackluster rides I can think of. The WildCat is a hundred times better. Seriously, you only swing in about 4 spots on DI. At least on the Bat, reguardless of the unimaginative layout you swing a ton. Thats what makes them fun.
  12. ^Exactly what I was talking about...parenting has went down the tubes and its showing in alot of very broken homes and children coming up with very mixed emotions, values and beliefs. ^^Sorry to hear that from your father. I know someone personally whos been told the same thing. He needs a good slap in the face for not being safer about sex but in the event something does happen, take some responsibility and love the child or give them up for adoption so someone else CAN. Dont put your kids through 18 years of misery. Be an adult and do the right thing.
  13. You can wear a pink mohawk into my work...infact, one kid does so Though I cant...not an hourly. My thoughts: My sister went through a little "emo" phase but grew out of it. I dont like the term goth either because its pretty abrasive. The real meaning of goth, no MATTER what society has turned it into, is far darker than most kids get. Im not all down with this "well, this means this now" because while some things change, some words and phrases need to stay the same and not get watered down to give off a less abrasive image than what is actually there. However, I knew people on all spectrums and the ones that were the emo-ish type did mostly have a pessimistic view on life in general. They seemed to want to blend out of society and not really be seen but by being emo it seemed like a reversal. If you didnt want to be noticed, why make yourselves so different? You either draw people to you, or, scare people away I was just a nerd. I played on computers all day and thought about coasters till my senior year when I got my girlfriend then she became my focus. Ive found alot of the emo kids to be somewhat nice and easy to talk to it just seems that alot of their outlooks on life are a bit bleak. As for the eyeliner - I dont see it as a huge deal but you could do your mom a favor and explain why you want to wear it. Ever think of that? Also someone mentioned parents being at fault for how a kid is growing up and I totally believe that. the things you do or dont do are reflections of how you were raised. Ive seen it in my family, my girls family, all across my family and in families that I barely know. Its pretty much just fact. If for so many years you are screwed up, your parents screwed up somewhere. They either neglected getting to know you or they were overbearing and didnt get to know you. Kids always just want to be loved. Actually, humans just want to be loved and accepted. When they dont feel loved or accepted at home they will look elsewhere, its natural. 99% of the time kids commit crimes, the parents are almost always responding with "I had no idea." In 1% they tried but the child refused to let them in, but in the other 99% its just that parents these days just dont focus on their kids. They dont know their kids tendancies, what they like or dislike and as a result, kids look to join groups where they will get the natural things that humans desire - love and acceptance. In the case then that they cant even get that from a group or from anyone...suicide usually follows.
  14. I cant wait to see if MS truely does release Halo 3 on the same day as PS3's release. Id love to see PS3 get owned by the release of a single game
  15. ^I thought they had 2 crews? I take it they only have one then?
  16. I left a giant hint right there. Whacky Worm Thats phunny.
  17. If it was, thats ridiculous. Cedar Fair bought SFWoA for about 145million in cash. Yes, in cash. Look it up.
  18. Beats me but its capital investment. Look at the Paramount parks. The money they rake in alone from the water parks is insane! Same for HW. If you look at attendance, it increased every time they had a major water park expansion - not a new coaster (Though, voyage could do that on its own). Im really not sure though Kroger. I do definatly feel that the move to shorten the season was due to lack of attendance and thus, losses for GL. I like GL and I think its a good park with a good selection of unique rides. Big Dipper better never be torn down. Im sure after its retracked, as long as they keep those trains it will be SWEET. Theres potential for tons of airtime once the tretrack gets done.
  19. Definatly if coasters can be sexy, this one is drop dead gorgeous.
  20. Actually, GL reported lower attendance than its first year under CF. Is CF the cause? I dont think so. I just think being so close to CP does hurt attendance a bit. However, I think NOT having any new rides kills it. The waterpark is a draw and helps with all parks but its not such a killer water park that people flock to it ala Holiday World. so I think this was just a move to help increase profits.
  21. Nooo what im saying is why use nolimits when you ca purchase a CAD program just like the designers use... Because I dont know CAD. I also dont wish to learn it. I can make basic things in CAD but they use programs far more complex that crunch hundreds of thousands of calculations. And besides. TGG and GCI already use NL to show their customers what the ride should look like so if they feel its accurate enough to use in the end, then they can take what I had and extract data from it. Plus why spend some of that money on classes to learn CAD?!! lol
  22. Because I can accuratly portray exactly what I want the ride to be like and they can do all the calculations. Why get a cookie cutter when you can personalize it?
  23. Oh yea, howd I forget to mention that I would contract my own rides to be built using NoLimits as the guide and having a nice plot of land to set them on? Silly me.
  24. -Pay off parents house, send them on trips -Buy them land whereever they want and whatever house they want -Buy girlfriend whatever ring she wants for engagement and wedding -Buy myself a Titanium and Platinum ring -Pay off school for myself and girl -Buy land in mountain area or just somewhere not in the city -MASSIVE GARAGE!!! --Porsche Carerra GT --Ford GT --Enzo Ferarri (If I can con them into inviting me) --Few Tuner Cars --Mazda 6 Sport --Lincoln LS 8 for woman --Mercedes McLaren SLR --Aston Martin Vanquish --Ariel Atom (http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/04/frames.htm) ---600+ BHP after Power to Weight Ratio - outruns a CBR --Rotating platforms for all cars to sit on and rotate -If in mountains, build Log Cabin style home -If in country, go with an old country Victorian style home -Donate -Help start up churches -Build my own race track for those cars -Ridiculous sound system and Multiple monster TV's for Halo parties List goes on. With a Billion you could do crazy stuff. You could still do crazy things with even 100 million if you invest it correctly.
  25. Well, I cant offer on the Nikon specifically but I do own the Canon Digital Rebel which is comparable. Nikon is still king for lenses though I still feel that Canon has been digital chips in their cameras. When it comes to the Nikkor lenses though, NO ONE competes. Be prepared to spend some money but if quality is an issue, its worth it. I wont budge from the Canon lenses because: A: Nikkor lenses dont work with Canon B. Canon lenses are #2 in industry that Ive seen C. Using the lenses made for your camera tend to take advantage of all of the options your camera has. Feel priviledged, thats a great camera. Probably what my next one will be...in 5 years.
