If you like it.. that's all that matters. I didn't like it, but that's my personal preference. All this thread is doing is giving everyone who doesn't like Mean Streak a place to take out all their aggression towards it.

What is it with the two most recent Orlando attractions (USO's coaster and now this) and vague articles? I know about as much now as I did before the article was posted. Except now whatever this is, it's confirmed.

Sweet trip report. I'm taking a vacation to San Diego this summer, and I'm really excited to get my Sea World credit!

I go usually every two weeks, but there are times when I'm going every week. Most reports will not be as long as this, as it would get very repetitive and boring. So after this initial report to "Kick things off" I'm going to stick to what's new around the resort! Thanks for the comments, they're appreciated!

That was easily one of the most bizarre commercials I have ever seen.

Water slides STILL scare the living crap out of me. Especially the "vertical" drop slides. Half the time I start to lift off the slide then painfully slam down on the bottom.. And if I stay on the whole ride I get water blasted up my butt for ten seconds. I'm much more comfortable in intertube slides.. but even then.

I've been into theme parks since I was very little, due to my fascination of Disneyland and Walt Disney himself. I didn't ride my first "big" roller coaster until I was ten, as I was scared of dem dere loopedey loops! But after my ride on Kong and Medusa, I suppose you could say I was hooked! I checked out every roller coaster book available to me, and watched an old coaster video that featured Batman: The Ride, Raptor, Magnum, and Viper. Then I moved to Southern California which is where I first joined boards like these.. so.. here I am, I suppose!

I really like the look of the building and the logo. It bums me out that it blocks the view of the loop now, but oh well... --Robb From across the pier, you can still get a good view of the loop. It's only right up close that you can't see it. Thanks! There were photos posted, as Robb said. I have a feeling we'll see them running for the Matterhorn's 50th anniversary. (2009) I'm not sure I follow.. is there a secret I don't know about?

A little over three hours for Rocket Rods, and about the same for Stealth at Great America.. Both fantastic rides =].

Sweet trip reports! Sierra Sidewinder is the kind of ride that you either get an amazing ride from. Or a relatively boring, and unexciting ride. It varies .

My next park will be Disneyland on Monday!

Sorry, I should have clarified. I was one of the nantimi people who got invited to get the first ride on Fahrenheit. Just ironic that I've been invited to get the first ride on two coasters, and neither of them are anywhere near me.

I've been to Disneyland a lot, and I usually do not have a problem with line jumping. Generally it's someone who went back to go to the bathroom, so while I suppose that is still classified as "line jumping" I don't have a problem with it. Although I have had people trying to tell me that "My friends are up there!" and I'll tell them that they can have their friends come back to meet them, because they aren't passing me. Unless of course it looks like the guy could potentially kill me.. I usually let that slide.

I have the same type of cup from Knott's and it didn't break.. I was mostly kidding anyway, chill out.
