  1. The Python at BGT. My very first big coaster with inversions. Dont remember it being rough at all, but I do remember it being real short..ahhh, the memories...
  2. Journey to Atlantis when it first opened at Sea World in Orlando. (pre-Kraken) I think over a 3 hour wait. It sucked being that JTO was the only big ride at the time. I'm glad I waited, cause that ride was really fun.
  3. Two of the worst line I've been on were Batman: The Ride, and Superman: Ultimate Flight at Six Flags over Georgia. In Batman, at first it doesn't look like its going to be a long line, but once you enter that building, BAM! It's nothing but a sea of people waiting. I have NEVER seen anything like it before...that took about 2 1/2 hours to weave through. (I actually have a video of it, been looking for an excuse to post it...lol) For Superman, you can see you was in for a long wait. The only problem is that they was only running one station and it started to break down alot during the wait. I think I almost waited 3 hours in that line for a ride that's about 2:00 (maybe less) at best.
  4. ^^^ i agree. It doesn't matter in color or black and white...cant wait for the update!
  5. ^ I didn't even know about this until you raised this thread from the dead...lol. If she's still here, I hope she makes some more. Her skills are pretty awesome and I caught myself chuckling to some of the dialogue...really nice..
  6. Nice PTR. I'm glad you enjoyed your time there. That scorpion shot couldn't be more perfect....
  7. Too bad they dont have an option if you like multiple genres My top favorites are: Alternative Rock,Hip Hop, and Electronic(psychedelic/goa trance) Bascially I'll listen to ANYTHING that has a good beat. (Video game music, tribal music, classical, japanese rock, DDR/ITG tunes, even country!)
  8. ^ Exactly what he said. You're pretty much better off concetrating on other things in your life first. IMO, its too early to even worry about that. You're in a stage in life where you're undergoing a lot of physical, mental and emotional changes. I had about the same feelings when I was your age, but never really put in too much thought about them. Yeah, I was pretty confused as to why I was feeling these feelings, but I never let it affect me in my everyday life. Enjoy your youth, take care of other important matters first, then once you're older and more established, you can start dealing with it more accordingly.
  9. Sounds like a bug in the sensors to me. From the perspective of the program it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Plus I also highly doubt that a train would evacuate from the holding brakes. All I know they better have things ironed out by the time I hit BGT later this year
  10. OMG those are some excellent shots! I really need to know what camera you used cause they are really amazing!
  11. Dammit, you beat me to it! One of the nicest suprises is the helix at the end. It packs a lot more force than it looks. Montu to me has the best ending. I like going through the trenches after the loop. That last corkscrew is my favorite inversion on that ride. It's so low and forceful, I love it!
  12. 2007 Kia Spectra....great mileage
  13. Ooooooh...that would be perfect for me (being that i AM a programmer ). Too bad its way in Illinois. Had it been about 5 months ago, I would've been all over it.....
  14. That looks SO much like Fatal Frame, although I could be wrong....
  15. ^ if you mean "Hey Bay Bay", then thats just about in the same league as "Laffy Taffy".....There's another song that has "shoulders, chest, pants, shoes" in thier lyrics...now THAT's a crappy, (yet popular ) song...
  16. ^^^^I guess it just depends on how much roughness you can take from a woodie. The Georgia Cyclone is rough but still fun and rideable. The last row, however is the most scariest row to ride cuase you don't feel 100% secure. The lap bars don't seem they're all the way down and the airtime.....that airtime is RIDICULOUS.(ejector air time is an understatement)
  17. 5 hours ago.... when was the last time you did a situp?
  18. "j" - for the first letter in my name "ten"- cause i played the tenor sax back in my marching band years "11" - my original line number in my section in college ...and there you go
  19. Damn, I just came from reading about the cat getting burned, now this? What's going on with this country? As a cat person, I'm just appaled and dissapointed on how people can treat domestic animals (especially cats). I just dont get it....
  20. I know i used to be cruel to kittens when i was little, but never to this extreme. This is just plain horrible. And why so much just to keep a kitten alive?? Unfortunately, I see it better just to put it to sleep. Its a hell of a lot cheaper and it'll take the poor kitty out of its misery.
  21. ^^ I can actually see that working! Nice storyline there. I can tell you watch a lot of Family Guy!
  22. Bascially anything T-Paine song or any song that features him. His music is catchy, but his lyrics are just pure garbage and he raps about the same thing.(Like most southern rappers). But don't get me wrong, though. I grew up around rap and hip hop. Just like rock, country and any other genre, there is crap abound. The sad thing is that most of the crap is on the radio where the good rap songs you rarely ever hear. For all the people who flat out hates rap are probably just get sick of hearing the crap on the radio (I know I am) and will NEVER hear the quality rappers out there (Outkast, Common being a few of them) cause they rarely get played. Or, they could just be ignorant and refuse to be open-minded. I know when I was younger I couldn't STAND anything rock. I thought it was the "devil's music" and I thought what they song about was absolutely stupid. But after getting older and having a open mind, I realized that I liked it more than I thought. I guess the whole point of is that its okay to dislike a particular song/artist in a certain genre(which is the point of this thread). But when you hate the whole genre just because of the crap that you do hear from SOME artists, then I think you need to open your mind a little bit more to some quality stuff that you might be missing out on...
  23. Hell yea its a credit. It's a water ride with coaster elements, hence the term 'water coaster'. And plus its also credited on my CF coaster count..
  24. ^ Wow nice, man....saw the website. What's the name of that rollercoaster? It looks pretty interesting to say the least...
  25. Then it sounds like your trip plans are extremely limited, and continually complaining about Disney ticket prices is a waste of time. Yeah and you complaining about someone that's complaining about the prices is no better... That's pretty much expected with Disney and I'm not surprised one bit. I think they can get away with it cause look what they all have to offer. As far as theming and the overall 'Disney' experence, $71 sounds just about right. I would never just stay there for a day, that's for sure. Then it'll be a waste. Now that I think about it, I see it more as a strategy thing to get you to stay in thier park for as long as they can. When you plan for about a week long stay at Disney, that $71 doesnt sound as bad...
