  1. ^ He's released it already incase you wanted to know (its's somewhere down the page).
  2. ^ Looks awesome, I love that weird top-hat element in the middle.
  3. Okay, I'm lost. Obviously it isn't heart lining the track but I have no idea why. Could you put up a picture of before AHG as well as the one above?
  4. ^ Did you give the ride a heartline (it seems you put it at 0)?
  5. Go back to what you did before, but instead make the top of the roll 181 degree's rather than 180.
  6. ^ Thanks but I'm done with the testing. I've come to the conclusion that using elementary is MEGA boring. I haven't got much done to be honest. I've started a new hand-built track so I don't bore myself to death with this one but I will still try and finish this off, I think you all deserve something rather than another abandoned project. lol
  7. For a first coaster this is actually very good. The layout is awesome and very authentic and considering you got NL like a few days ago, the track works fantastic. What I liked -Very fun layout with a great selection of elements. -For a beginner, the trackwork is fantastic. -Those supports are very professional looking, their not perfect thought, but you'll get better at that over time. -Great terrain and scenery. What I felt could be improve -As I said, for a starter, the trackwork's amazing but there were still a lot of pumps throughout the ride. Over time I can guarentee you'll get better at removing pumps and your tracks will improve too. -When making a helix (or anything that should be a circle), try and keep a consistent (or consistently increasing/decreasing) radii as it helps greatly when your trying to make the ride smoother as well as making the helix look better overall. You can do this easily by installing and using Loefet's Track shape 3d's which can be found somewhere around here. -Try to become aware of a rides heartline (this can be turned on in the view window) as it helps you control the laterals much better. I can see that you already applied that to the pre-lift turn, try and do that for the rest of the ride when building. My Verdict An awesome first ride, great job. 7/10
  8. ^ Some people need to improve in the same area, hence why my reviews may sound similar, but I certainly don't just copy and paste earlier ones.
  9. I have most of them, I might put later them up since people have been pestering me for them.
  10. ^ Agreed, Falcon's a boring name. lol Again, thanks for the photo's. Both parks look great and so do their coasters, I can't wait to ride them this summer.
  11. I actually quite liked the Rick's Delight name, it was a bit quirky and original. lol ^^^ Thanks for the photo's, I can't wait to ride this in the summer.
  12. Don't really think the colours have improved much, they're far too garish.
  13. There's only so much you can say about a sign. lol
  14. Looks great as always, when can we expect it to be released?
  15. ^^^ Are you going to add some custom support work to that turn, it looks like it needs it.
  16. I just *had* to edit my original post, I couldn't bare the bad grammar (even if I did make the post 3 years ago). So it looks like the future of this ride is uncertain now, that's a real shame to be honest. Especially considering it only started getting attention when T-express was built.
  17. ^^ Not sure what your trying to ask.
  18. I've decided on a name (as you may have noticed) and a theme which I'll reveal when I get round to finishing the layout. As for the trackwork, it's nearly done. I'll post pictures of my progress later on.
  19. ^ On the editor, just go to the 'Coaster' and select 'Statistics'. It'll tell you there.
  20. Not sure why everyone was bashing the likes of elementary and what not. If people want to built their tracks that way, so be it. And no, it isn't 'easier' to use tools and it isn't lazy, there are a hell of a lot of things that tools can do that would be mega difficult to do with hand-building (helix's for example). Of coarse people can just go for tooling over-kill (i.e. letting the tools make a ride you didn't intend to build) but a lot can be achieved from their use. I just think people need to get a 'good' balance between tools and hand-building and besides, its the quality of the final ride which matters, not how it was made. All that said, I like the idea of keeping this contest for hand-building only.
  21. ^ As much as I agree with you (to an extent), rules are rules and if you don't agree with them, don't join.
  22. Certainly a close call, but for me, Jarmor's ride is the better of the two. I just felt his was more original and the shaping on his ride was slightly better but don't get me wrong, they were both very good rides and both are worthy to take victory. Good luck to you both.
  23. ^ If they do remove it, all hell will break lose concerning BPB management bashing (again).
  24. I was going through rcdb.com and I found this: www.rcdb.com/id793.htm Does anyone have any info on what's happening, I checked the parks website and all they've done is remove any reference of it. EDIT: Same goes for Space Invaders 2 apparently. PS I searched this first and couldn't find anything on the forums already.
