Nice guitars going on in the background. Two Jackson's and what appears to be a Strat with a pearloid pickguard. Those didn't get fired up by chance? I hope they did! -
What's the worst song you ever heard?...

^^Billy Ray Cyrus should have been shwacked. The mullet and the stupid line dance were bad enough, let alone the dumb song. My nomination - True by Spandau Ballet. How *#^#%. -
Certs gum. By the way does anybody remember Retsyn? I always tried to figure out what Retsyn was. That, and nougat.

1. Beatles breakup was a bummer. I still cringe when someone comes along and says that Wings was another incarnation of the Beatles. No way! Lennons last album, in my opinion, was much closer to(almost a continuation) in style and spirit of the later Beatles work. 2. Jim Croce - Who knows what could have been? Great stuff! Still gets decent play on the oldies stations. 3. The Carpenters - Just kidding! My real choice for # 3 - Led Zepellin. Gotta have the whole package. Page and Plant together don't make it. -

Not a great year (wife working on Ma$$$ter$$$$ degree) but there was a high point. That was getting a world class woodie near my place (KY Rumbler). Robb - again thank you for the heads up regarding media day! 6 new coasters this year. Hope I can meet some folks next year after my wife finishes her degree, and before she starts a doctorate. -
What Was the Last Beer You Drank?

DerekRX - Did the oak barrel aged La Roja have a Bourbonny aftertaste by chance? There are some microbreweries around Kentucky that use the old barrels from distilleries for aging. One that I tried (Kentucky Ale)had a mild Bourbon aftertaste. As for tonight, I am having some homebrew (no not moonshine)made by a co-worker. -

That picture is worth a thousand words. Not to sound like a suck up, but a good drumline at the big game can make the game! Center snare for the "Spirit of Troy"? I'm impressed. -
