Without a doubt, those are the best trains I've seen for any roller coaster. Beautiful!

Great TR. Looks like you went to Busch Gardens on a perfect day, I've never seen the park that dead before. Good to see you're a fan of Alpengeist too, it's a great ride that seems to get quite a bit of hate.

Yeah they stopped the haunted train ride (Midnight Express) a while ago apparently. I think they did bring it back once a couple years ago but that was it. Now that I think about it, Midnight Express was the best use for that train ride.

Yeah the train ride is pretty bad. The layout is weird and the trains sound like they're about to give out at anytime. Although during the Adventure World days they turned the train into a haunted attraction for their Halloween events and it was awesome. Six Flags did it for a while to for Fright Fest but it wasn't as good as when Adventure World's version.

Great TR. Out of all of the Six Flags parks I've seen, SFOG is the most appealing to me as it seems to have the most trees I've seen in any of the chain. Not to mention the park looks like it has a solid line up.

I'm a little under an hour away from SFA, but I've only visited the park once in the past ten years and usually just visit Kings Dominion which is about an hour 45 minutes away.

Great report, though I am sorry you missed out on Dominator as that is one of the best rides in the park.

Wind will also affect on I305, Drop Tower, Delirium and Dominator as well. When I went last Thursday, there were wind up to 20 mph and they weren't open until the afternoon when the winds died down a bit.

^I'm a first time season passholder myself this year so I've never bought a BAF ticket before. However I've gotten military discount tickets at the ticket window before just from my friend showing their military ID, so I'd assumed it should work the same way with a season pass, but don't quote me on that as I'm not %100 sure.

Never have and never will understand the complaints about Alpengeist. Out of the eight years I've ridden it, I've yet to experience a rough ride on it and it still remains my favorite coaster at the park.

Guests are also allowed to pick the name of the ride. It will be either, Viking Raider, Battle Klash, or Invadr.

Both Six Flags Great America and Busch Gardens Williamsburg are the only parks to receive two custom Arrow Custom Loopers. Both parks had the latter of the two custom loopers removed (Shockwave and Drachen Fire) while their firsts are still standing. Also both parks had one of them modified (Demon's vertical loops added and, Drachen Fire's corkscrew removed).

It's official. I'm seeing The Who at the Verizon Center on the 24th, and Buckethead at the Howard Theatre May 11th, and if I'm lucky enough I might see him the day before at Baltimore Soundstage.
