Well, it looks like I might just have to treat myself to a trip out to SFMM once I graduate.

I went once on a weekday in August...never again. I really could have used some sort of pass that day.

I'll jump on the Mythbusters boat. Can't get enough of that show!

That's not surprising in the least bit when a company pushes the envelope so much, so frequently. In my opinion, it's worth it. I love B&M, but all they ever build are cookie-cutter rides, and rarely ever take any chances with their coasters.

I second that, Wes. In the 30+ years I've been in the workplace, I've seen plenty. Eric It's always going to be there wherever you go, but I'll take that drama any day over this. At least I'll be getting paid while I have to put up with it, instead of the other way around and having to pay tuition out the ass!

Not really, I'm a senior so about 2 and a half months and I'll be outta here and out in the work force. Can't freaking wait. I know people say to enjoy your college experience, it's one of the best times of your life, just wait until you get out into the real world, etc....but after 4 years enough is enough, I'm ready to move on.

None...that I know of. I say that because I have done a few things where I could have, but wasn't aware that I did. Here they are: About 10 years ago I landed really hard on my tail bone diving for a football and it hurt for a few months...it actually still hurts to this day if I sit down for an extended period without being able to move much (long plane/car rides). I have stubbed a couple toes quite a few times. Once playing football about 2 years ago, I dove for the ball and rolled on the ground. Once I got up my left ring finger looked normal, but it hurt tremendously and I could barely move it. I didn't really do anything except put a homemade splint on it for a day or two. It feels fine now. That same night I believe I got a concussion also. I was playing capture the flag on my college campus, and I was running across a street...I then tried to cut and change direction, but slipped and hit my head on the pavement. It wasn't too hard because I popped right back up and felt fine, but I was extremely tired the next day, and I remember reading one of the symptoms is just that.

What's with the National Treasure theme? lol I do like the roar it gives off.

Why do some college students constantly insist on getting caught up in high school drama? When are they going to realize that no one cares, it's time to grow up, and there are much more important things to worry about? I'm more than ready to graduate and get the hell out of here, lol.

You can get The Orange Box for around $10-$15 used...not much of a risk. Half-Life is pretty fun, too. Even if you wouldn't like HL2, TF2 will keep you hooked for a long time anyway and is worth that price alone.

Why do people celebrate holidays like Valentine's Day for like 2 weeks leading up to it? A lot of the people I know went out to dinner to celebrate last week sometime, and they're going to go again on the actual day. It's called Valentines' DAY, not Valentine's WEEK. I blame the media.

Someone actually recreated these? That would be very interesting to have a look at. They are currently on my computer at my apartment about 50 miles away, while I'm here at my parents' house for Christmas break. There are a couple kids putting things on their heads and dancing around outside and inside the claw, lol. EDIT: Someone put up a barrier of tape that they can't cross. I guess they were getting a bit too rowdy. Too funny!

Those waterparks do look amazing, as you said! I might have to get out there in my lifetime.

There is no way that can be true. Please tell me people are not that stupid. Believe me, people are THAT stupid. In my opinion this is a case of a bunch of sue-happy people looking for a way to get a lot of money, and that is just stupid. Yeah, why is it when something goes wrong, the first thing that pops into these peoples' heads is "I wonder if I can sue for this?" It's sad because things like that are what surround the legitimate lawsuits with negativity.

This year has been a transition year for them. They aren't just making a few tweaks here and there, they're basically starting over and completely changing the entire system...not an easy task. While it might not necessarily be this year, it will eventually help them tremendously in the playoffs.

Looks awesome! Can't wait to try it out!

Well I guess the Penguins were a little bit tired from last night. They're down 8-2 in the 2nd period.

This building to be exact. Also if I'm not mistaken (I could be), at Waldameer, didn't the picnic pavilion that's right next to RFII's entrance used to be the original station for the old Ravine Flyer? You can see part of it in the right side of this picture.

I noticed while I was at KD this past summer what looked like a log flume trough at the base of Volcano's "mountain" structure. When I got home I looked it up and found that it used to be some haunted log flume ride. You can also see the dips that were changed into a straight section on Colossus at SFMM. vs.
