The more I play Gran Turismo 5, the more I can't put it down. I'm up to level 16 in A-Spec now (thanks to the VW Golf Seasonal Event) and just started with B-Spec. I really like the photo mode with premium cars also, they turn out really well! Here's one of the pics I took of my Fairlady.

I always enjoyed going to parks my entire life and liked coasters a lot, but there are three main rides that stand out in my mind, and "put me over the edge." First was my first inversion on King Kobra at Kings Island in 1999. Second was the ride I had on Magnum during it's 10th anniversary, also in 1999. Third was my first ever ride on TTD in August of 2003. All three rides I was scared out of my mind and remember vividly. It was just a chain reaction from there. I've gone to so many new parks and places since I started following coasters and parks more closely. These places include SFMM, USF/IOA, SFGAdv, SFWoA/Geauga Lake, Dorney Park, KD, KBF, Darien Lake, Waldameer, Holiday World, and more. I even won the naming contest for Aftershock at Silverwood, which I would have never even known about if I hadn't liked coasters so much and been a part of forums across the net. I also think I've even been to Cedar Point more times in the 8 years since TTD was built than in the previous 13 years before that.

Don't be so sure. Everyone thought the Colts were unbeatable in 2005, especially after they had previously blown out the Steelers in a regular season game. This is a very similar situation, plus with the Browns beating the Patriots, they have show they are extremely beatable, and that 30th ranked pass defense could come back to haunt them. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if they lose to the Jets even.

I wouldn't say that was the case against Boston. They seemed to not really have trouble pressuring them offensively and scoring, they just couldn't play the full 60 minutes defensively, and went into full-out turtle mode in the 3rd period only getting 2 shots.

Not at all. Rozsival makes $5m...that's a big chunk, and he's nowhere near consistent enough to be worth that much. Pens do it again. Up 2-0 all game and lose to Boston letting up 3 goals in the last 4 minutes of the third.

Tough game for the Pens. They have never done well against Minnesota to begin with, but they were also using the trap...something the Pens increasingly have trouble with.

Pens play with no Sid, no Cooke, no Fleury, and 7 defensemen...yet they still get a point. Killed off an extended 5-on-3 also. Crosby is out "about a week" with a concussion, according to Bylsma. As soon as someone returns, another goes down.

I didn't see 10 different movies this year, that also came out this year. What I did see was Iron Man 2, Grown-Ups, Toy Story 3 (in 3D), Jackass 3D, A-Team, Harry Potter, and The Expendables. I really liked A-team...definitely a VERY underrated movie. The Expendables was pretty good too. Grown-Ups and Jackass 3D were funny as hell, and the extra fee to watch Jackass in 3D was definitely worth it. Toy Story and Iron Man speak for themselves, and Harry Potter is Harry Potter. Overall, I enjoyed them all. I did buy Predators on Blu-Ray, but have yet to watch it.

Pens win 8-1 over the Lightning in a showdown for most points in the East. Crosby and Malkin had a combined 2 points. Who says the Pens don't have secondary scoring?

They say be careful what you wish for, but I really hope the Colts win so the Steelers don't have to play the Ravens again...at least in the divisional round. I'm done with the Ravens and Jets this year.

I have beaten AC Brotherhood, which totally surprised me and was MUCH better and longer than I thought it would be. Just started Arkham Asylum today...definitely liking that so far, and the 3D is interesting. I'm waiting on some HDMI cables I ordered from Monoprice to come so I can play Gran Turismo 5. I could play it now, but I'd rather have the whole HD experience.

Nope. They'll be on the 36-man roster though...you can count on it.

Someone actually recreated these? That would be very interesting to have a look at. They are currently on my computer at my apartment about 50 miles away, while I'm here at my parents' house for Christmas break. When I go back I'll be sure to upload them...unless someone else has them.

Ravens are 5 and Jets are 6...those are definite. The 3 and 4 depends on the Colts/Titans and Jags/Texans games.

Ha, Ovechkin was trying to be a nice guy and prevent Fleury from falling, but that actually cost him a goal. That was a lose-lose situation.

Funny you should post that because I actually have the NL versions of both that (the lift hill version) and a launched version I downloaded a while back. I don't remember who made them or what site I got them from (probably either here or CS), but they are very well done.

Too many giveaways and overall sloppy play by the Penguins. You can't do that against a team like the Capitals and not pay for it. Washington definitely outplayed the Penguins.

I'm not sure about 2011 yet. I have to do an internship in the summer, but I'm hoping to get one at a park somewhere...that would be cool.
