robbalvey Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 Oh dear.... http://www.acenewengland.org/DVD_1.html "See Donna ride her favorite coasters, meet with the King, and visit every bathroom in site." I just don't know what to make of this...... --Robb "They offer a WIDE screen TV format!" Alvey
ECZenith Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 This is a joke... right? God bless America...
Luxo Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 "ACE award-winning movie"? I think the coaster enthusiast community has hit an all-time low.
nemesis-storm Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 I would order a copy, but alas I'm not an ACE member
socalMAN123 Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 Somebody tell me this is a joke. Wow, nothing is better than some 70-year old riding roller coasters at Canobie. ---Brent 8)
Meteornotes Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 I am disturbed on many, many different levels. *shudder* dt
Inferno Insane Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 Watchin that little clip, sort of reminds me of someone
tinkerbell Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 Oh my.... See Donna ride her favorite coasters, meet with the King, and visit every bathroom in site. Well now there's a good reason to buy it. VIEW SOME CUTS FROM THIS AWARD WINNING MOVIE Award winning.......? Um what award exactly?
DerekRx Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 I now know something I have to get for all my little coaster friends for Christmas..... I hope it ships soon so Robb will have something to watch on his flight in a few weeks. If only it would be set to the classic hits of Cher, then this would be, in fact, the greatest coaster video ever!
Homer Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 WTF? LOL... Seriously... ARN&R should be all over this! (submits as Site Of The Weak)
derwood Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 this actually was hilarious. We saw the entire video at the ACE video contest. derwood "ACE convention attendee......oh the shame" A
Jeezus Juice Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 They could at least donate the proceeds to a worthy cause, you know, one that may actually be feasible... Donna is definately not doing anything at my house. -Deezy
waterviper Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 Props to the old lady being young at heart still ridin coasters!! But make a video of it--WTF!!! :o LOL Robb I dont know what to think of it either. Kinda gives ya mixed feelings!! :?

alpengeist04 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 That'll be Elissa in 50 years. She'll be doing Expedition GeForce.
AznShortBoi8021 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 Oh no. This can't be real. I'm no longer a big fan of Canobie Lake anymore. Tsk tsk.
Carnage Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 *shudder* Most disturbing coaster enthusiest photo ever.
DenDen Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 OH MY FRIGGIN' GAWD! If this is serious, I'm starting production on my new DVD tomorrow!
Meteornotes Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 On a serious note, this just shows how lame ACE is. They have a video contest, but does anyone that's not there get a chance to see the videos, even the winning ones? Nope. This is the first time I recall one being made for sale. At least some other places that hold video contests let you download them and get a DVD out with all the entries so as many people as possible can enjoy them, not just a few people. Ah well... dt
Damien666 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 Uhh.....Oi. That picture is messed up. If you see the video clip you find out that pic is not as naughty as it looks. But still, heres a reason ACEr's are not as cool as furries. Frank "OMG crazy old lady" Melgeorge
