The webcam looks to be showing track up in the big overbank turn at last! The ride is going to look finished by the time they open next week for Holiday in the Park! Anyone planning on being there? I'll be out of town for Thanksgiving and it's going to kill me waiting for another week to get over there and see what's done. I hope someone posts pictures next week!

I'm actually planning to go Friday, but sadly can't go on Saturday as we have a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Let's hope it isn't so dark at about 4 o'clock

For those expecting to take some pictures during Holiday in the Park, don't expect any aerial shots. The tower is closed during the event, and so is Chute-Out due to the Christmas lights they put on each.

the die hard enthusiast would rent a helicopter to take ariel photos. So, if anyone wants to rent the helicopter, I'll take the photos.

You can still get decent progress report pics from the railroad and Titan's exit, AND the leaves are falling off the trees so visibility is getting better!

 

Oh and if anyone decides to get this helicopter idea going, I'd love to tag along!

If you take a quick glance at that crazy turn it looks like it might be going inverted for a corkscrew/barrel roll. This picture is awesome.

I meant it would be enclosed BY the supports. Thats why those ledgers on top are there.
