Sportsdude360 Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Dive Coaster track spotted at the Clermont steel factory in Ohio. Likely headed to SFOT! Credit photos to JB Thrills. 2
Sportsdude360 Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Giga-Dive track and supports has begun arriving at the park! I will head to the park later and try to get some pics!
thrillseeker4552 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Exciting stuff! I have always been a fan of two-tone color schemes like this. With this coaster coming and hopefully the ones at COTAland opening, I think a 2026 Texas trip is on the horizon for me. 1

We can tell from the pics that the track has 10 bolts going across. This is indicative of the 8 to 10 across seating. The track for 7 across and lower "Mini" Dives typically has 6 bolts going across. Wrath Of Rakshasa track has the 6 bolts. 1

shockwave1982 Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Yeah, that track is big. Just look at it in comparison to the cars. So it'll for sure be for the wider trains.
Sportsdude360 Posted May 19 Posted May 19 More pics of the track and supports! These are from the official Six Flags Over Texas FB page. The track and supports are massive! 1
shockwave1982 Posted May 19 Posted May 19 Yeah, that's some wide track. The box portion of standard B&M track has a square cross section. Looks nice! 1
Sportsdude360 Posted May 25 Posted May 25 New logs for El Aserradero! Track and supports are massive! Construction zone now extends all the way around picnic area! 1
Sportsdude360 Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Track is fast on its way to Six Flags Over Texas! The greatest adventure is yet to come! Pics courtesy of Jeffrey Siebert and Six Flags Over Texas! 2
prozach626 Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I can tell from those track pieces that the coaster is forceless and shaky. 3

How can you tell that before construction has even begun. These are only the first few track pieces, there's a whole lot more on the way. And we don't even know the full extent of the layout yet! It will likely top speeds of 90mph+, probably a more forceful ride than Yukon, or Wrath.
bigboy Posted June 1 Posted June 1 That's some pretty forceful sarcasm that you didn't pick up on. 2 1

At first I actually thought he was serious, that was before I realized he was being funny. BTW, here are some more pics of the track credited to JB Thrills. Notice the 10 across bolts on the track pieces! This is wider track than Wrath Of Rakshasa's 6 across. Most likely 8-10 across seating! 1

Can you believe that! This has to be the worst idea B&M ever came up with" It’s gonna be forceless and shaky as hell!" Over Texas: ......"We don't want that!!! Send that Sh#%$ to St. Louis!" Manufacturer: "Sorry, but corporate says you gotta take it! They have something else planned for St Louis. We think it's a new type of mule go-round." Over Texas: ........"Well, ok! We'll put in the Spain section. La Vibora and El Diablo were getting to be a pain in the ass anyway." Manufacturer: ....."Oh by the way, the color is two tone..... brown and yellow!" Over Texas: ......."Effin WHAT!!!
Sportsdude360 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Here's an interesting concept of our new coaster!! https://youtu.be/qwawdIc_m0s?si=qOtgTK9lABIz8idE
AmyUD06 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 If by "interesting" you mean "wild dream that will not happen," maybe. It's far too long - almost 2,000 feet longer than the longest existing B&M dive and long enough to be in the top 25 in the world. I get being optimistic, but try to be realistic here. 1
