tylerthecreator
The coolest thing I saw at an amusement park was at Six Flags Great Adventure. I was watching El Toro then someones glasses came off on an airtime hill. A person from two cars back then reached up and caught it. I don't know how he had that fast of a reaction time and the hand eye to do it.
DoinItForTheFame
By far one of the coolest/best things I have seen at an amusement park. It was so ... needed. (Not that I was there in person, but I watched it online... So that counts... right...)
TyRush
Great topic. I have seen some funny things. My favorite just because of stupidity is while leaving Hersheypark on Skyrush's path, right after the train dips down the second airtime hill over the path a brand new iPhone 6+ came crashing down and didn't even have ONE mark on it. I picked it up and started walking back towards the station and the guy came running over to me and was freaking out only to see nothing happened. i guess that's a benefit of having the ridiculous Outter Box case. Another was at KD, someone lost a shoe on I-305, which really boggles my head? Did he take it off? Did it rip? How could this happen? It literally flew up in the air on the return airtime humps. So funny
Coaster Hero
Hmm... -My friend's glasses came off on El Toro right on the first airtime hill, but somehow he ended up catching it near the bottom -50-100 people with handicap (Equal Access passes if you want me to be politically correct ) passes entered Kingda Ka's station, and when the ride ops filled a whole train with them the entire station started boo-ing and yelling swears. It was hilarious -When I was younger my mom's hat came off on Nitro on the last few airtime hills and someone at the back of the train caught it and gave it back to her after the ride. -I saw the launch boost button being used on Kingda Ka (yes, there is a button for that, only when the train is empty, or if it just broke down or is testing). The train got absolutely flung over the tophat, it looked insane! That's all I can think of for now, I'll post any more I can remember
Anac0nda
- The water ski show "Hollywood's Walking Dead" at Holiday Park. It has burning zombies riding jetskis, and school girls in classic uniforms doing stunts! - HUSS Top Spin overspeed test. It's almost frightening to look at how fast it can spin before it reports a fault - Ride-ops at Djurs Sommerland. Just the way they interact with children is really awesome to look at. In Finland you could never get away with jokingly poking children with toy swords - Helix at night
tylerthecreator
Well I have another thing I saw (actually did). Me and my friends were waiting to go on Bizarro at SFGA, but it was a slow day (rained earlier) so the station was dead quiet. The ride operator than asked the train if they were excited and told them to scream. They didn't. So me and my friends got on the next train (12 of us) and when she asked us to scream we screamed as loud as we can. She then started saying random things like scream for the ride operator, scream for safety bars, and we screamed as loud as we can. She then said scream for America and then we got the whole station to do a USA chant.
Awesomefaceninja7
The ride ops at Adventure Island at Southend. -Being really excited for everything and for entertainment -High fiving people after some rides -Getting people REALLY excited before a ride starts -Always having a smile on their face and being really cheerful -Shaming you for wearing a shirt of a football team that lost recently (queuing for the Time Machine, wearing an Arsenal shirt when they lost two days ago) -Making everyone happy

Khat26
I always thought the hand slapping on Gemini was pretty cool. I caught a guy's hat on Goliath at SFOG. I thought it was cool until I gave it back to him. The guy was a total douche. I should've let it go.
thrillseeker4552
While riding Tatsu, I witnessed a wallet fall out of somebody's pocket as we were going around the final helix and land in the fountain below. Edit: Oh, and I also thought of another one. On Jaguar at Knott's, my brother (who was in the car in front of me and my friend)'s hat flew off during the ride, and my friend caught it while the coaster was still going. All the cars behind us saw it and were talking about it the whole rest of the ride!
bugmonster1
Not necessarily the coolest thing I've seen at an amusement park, but when I went to Knoebels, there was a lady that decided to sit on her phone, on Phoenix. Miraculously her phone didn't fly out until the last airtime hill. The ride ops and everyone else in the station just chuckled at her as she freaked out about her phone... Ape
It's mean and i would have been upset if it happened to me but watching a lady get carpet bombed by a random seagull with a a massive shit had me almost rolling on the ground. It was like the bird singled her out. We watched it dive right at her and just unload. This was at Cedar Point.

Calvin6670
When I saw the power surge at beech bend park, I was fascinated and wanted to ride it. However I was scared at the same time but I really wanted to ride it. My fear overcame me and wish that I rode it. It looks like a cool ride to ride. I really want to ride it now. Why was power surge removed from beech bend park when it was so popular and thrilling?
Nrthwnd
This. And actually, there were a number of parks in Scandinavia, that did this. Very cool to see. Nice for doggies. (o: In Farup Sommerland. TPR 2014 Scandi Tour. This one was in Djurs Sommerland. It even had a sponsor, with water AND food there!!
