Whenever you complain about CP's weather policy or SFMM's single-train ops, look at this. Even though I will still bash SFMM (not CP, I am a fanboy.)

I've had two terrible visits there. It seems like they owe me something really good, like a unicorn.

Shouldn't they be giving you a shark or maybe your own sharknado that destroys the park and a unicorn?

....or maybe your own sharknado that destroys the park...

There isn't one big enough.

Even Godzilla failed.

(I got all but two coasters in 2007; got those in 2011)

So to show that it is just this terrible park, and not all of Japan. Today i got 6 credits, across 2 parks (Tobu Zoo, and Yokohama Cosmoworld) in LESS TIME than i got the 2 at Fuji, oh, and there was a 2 hour train ride between parks.

At least now if I ever have a bad day at a park I can say to myself "well at least I'm not at Fuji q". It sounds like just the absolute worst run park in the world.

I have been to many parks in Japan and due to the comments I have read on here, Fuji Q is not one of the parks I have visited. Perhaps I should bite the bullet this summer and go. Sometimes things suck in such epic proportions that we have to see them to understand how bad they suck. For that reason, TPR must keep Fuji Q on all of the Japan tours.

It is unfortunate that Fuji-Q is such a terrible experience. Since it has a few really cool coasters (Dodonpa and Takabisha are two that I would want to ride on.) But it seems going out of my way when there are plenty of other cool things to do in Japan seems like too much of a headache.

The Haunted Hospital is pretty good, but I think a little overrated. It's has atmosphere to burn, but when I went through it last year, there were very few scareactors, and most of them were toward the end of the maze. They could use some more physical effects in the rooms, as well, but it's still worth checking out.

Hotel Gasten at Liseberg is much better.

^ I agree. And if they cut the "touring route" in half, the Haunted Hospital would still be

just as freaky and somewhat intense (we screamed, we ran...) as it is, now. I mean, it

takes you well over a 1/2 hour to go through it all. And probably longer, when it's really

crowded with groups screaming left, right, and stairs, heh.

I found the Haunted Hospital to be a lot less scary or stressful than the average day working in a hospital. I think my favorite attraction there was the "buried alive in a coffin" ride, followed by the Hamster coaster, though I haven't experienced Takabisha or Eejanaika .

Definitely liked Liseberg's Haunted Hotel better, though I felt too hurried through that one as well.

Though I won't be going to Japan for quite a while, (and I will probably go to Japan for the first time with TPR to get used to getting around over there) what would be the best way to get all the rides in? How many days would be recommended to visit? On the bright side, the slow moving lines will allow me to get PLENTY of queue line photography in.

I guess an event with ERT at the park is not gonna happen? Does the park know the park is run poorly? Do local visitors say anything to the park about the operations? It's such a shame, looks like such a nice interesting park.

I have some friends in Japan right now, they were planning on going to Fuji-Queue, praying for them.

I guess a good day at Fuji-Queue is like Hailey's Comet, and all the credit whores hope.

Sorry you had such a bad day, this report made me seriously question if I should ever bother. R & E would be the only hope of a good day at the Queue.

My Guess would be no, the Japanese don't do or say anything about it. I have now been to 13 other parks on this trip and everywhere they have been seriously helpful, and kept the rides running. Even in Universal in the Rain yesterday, they had just about every ride running. I feel like that park is just the WORST PARK IN THE WORLD. My next trip there i plan on just giving Robb and Elissa my money and letting them worry about me have a good day

It still surprises me how that park can actually exist in that country. Everywhere else they are super friendly and go out of their way to help you with even the most minor of things but then there is Fuji Q in the same place but none of the friendliness, service or helpfulness.
