Wow! What a beauty! I'm kinda wondering how long it will be until we hear about a rollback from the top hat, and them having to manually tow the train up the hill. With a launch the near-rollback isn't a big deal, since they can just relaunch it, but its not so simple in this case, since they gave it a lift. Keeping my fingers crossed all goes smoothly for this Intamin

I love when coasters interact with theming like this. Looks great!

That top hat though...could they speed up the lift to generate more speed or would that not even matter?

I think it looks like a Mack version of Kanonen somehow...

But it's an Intamin just like Kanonen.

In fact, it pretty much is a clone of Kanonen, only with a lifthill-drop instead of a launch. And mirrored. And slightly bigger.

But the layout is exactly the same.

Yeah, it seems like a 110 percent scale Kanonen. All of the elements, the loop, airtime hill and heartline roll especially, seem drawn out.

The ride is built indoor, so there won't really be any rollback problems, because the ride won't face high winds or low temperaturs.

I'm not sure about that man, I'm pretty sure theres other variables that could affect it. I don't what, know for sure, but typically theres variables in everything, ever. I'm hoping you're right though koppen.

This ride could still roll back even though it is indoors. Yes it won't be facing high winds, or super cold temps. However the roller coaster will still have mornings where it has not warmed up yet, so the lubrication in the wheel assemblies will still be "cold" till the ride gets up and running. Do I for see it happening a lot? No? Can it happen? Yes.

I know it's an Intamin, I think the relatively slow transitions are more like Mack's style. Kind of like the relationship between Mega-Lite and knock-off Mega-Lite.

I heard it was 20% bigger, however I can't confirm that. But it is indeed a carbon-copy of Kanonen, except it's mirrored, bigger and for the lift/drop.

I've never heard of running only two cars as well, but the deceleration and the acceleration on the Top Hat looks faster than what a 4 car train can give. Plus, if they are running with two cars, wouldn't the train get too fast into the brake?

However, don't forget that because it has a lift before the top hat it is less likely to roll back than if it had a launch as those are a lot less consistent. Lift hills+drop will result in a lot more consistent speeds.

^Based on the speed of the lift on the POV I don't think it will be able to get that much faster. There can/will be some air on the top hat but it would have to go a lot faster to get some serious air. I could be wrong, though.

I agree with this. Look at the speed of the lift as it is climbing the incline. It looks like it is going at a fairly brisk pace. I would be shocked if this lift got any faster. However, maybe there is something we do NOT know about this coaster?? Maybe... Hopefully... ?

At first, I thought this was Ramen World!

It looks truly amazing, but what really catches my eye is the British coaster.

^ Same here...I always think 'Ramen World' when I see this thread and how cool would it be to have a park themed to noodles? Or Latte World versus Lotte World where everything is themed to popular coffee? Hey, you never know...they have a dog fart coaster out there, so anything is possible!

On a more serious note though, this park looks unbelievable. The coasters and theming certainly look top notch - keep those good updates coming!

This park is now officially on my wishlist of trips I'm hoping for a pop of that xtrain soon, some of those turns look extremely tight and forceful, may end up being the star of the park!
