Moose Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Best Vekoma knockoff yet. I'm sure 99% of people wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
Meteornotes Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 This is the sort of quality theming that I approve of! dt
TPDave Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 How bizarre!! Great theming for a mediocre ride!
ernierocker Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) While they went cheap on the manufacturer, it definitely looks like impressive theming. Edited September 22, 2012 by ernierocker
Hhappy Posted September 23, 2012 Author Posted September 23, 2012 So after a fun night (and journey) we made it to the next city More credit whoring
Hhappy Posted September 24, 2012 Author Posted September 24, 2012 Got to ride another 10 looper today., It did not hurt that much (especially compared to the one at Thorpe park) and it felt like fun to me Let's see what else we can ride today
larrygator Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I agree that it is smoother than Colossus
SharkTums Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Did the Dive Machine at Chimelong still look like it has RCT Style Theming underneath it?
TPDave Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Interesting that it wants painful as colossus, maybe they take better care of it? The paint has certainly held up better!
australianalex Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Great to hear that 10 Inversion Coaster is smooth. Colossus was really painful when I visited Thorpe Park, which is a shame as I liked the layout.
Hhappy Posted September 25, 2012 Author Posted September 25, 2012 So yeah, I totally forgot to get a picture of the wood coaster.. It's still somewhere in this image And then there was a coaster in here as well (different park though) It has been a good day
ernierocker Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 ^That looks terrifying for some reason!
Meteornotes Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Giant Scary Floaty Head Thing is awesome. I need that for the side of my house. dt
Guy T. Koepp Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Giant Scary Floaty Head Thing is awesome. I need that for the side of my house. dt I was just thinking that Giant Floaty Head Thingy would make an awesome entrance to a Haunt maze.
Hhappy Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 Finally, the first out of three that was open
Hhappy Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 It's Disney time (almost). Made it to the last hotel of the trip.. Sigh
SuperShawn Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 That S&S creation looks just a little crazy. Can't wait to see the full China trip updates from you Hanno.
Hhappy Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 The S&S launch was a lot of fun, but for some sort of reason you were sliding from side to side in/out of your seat after that (sideway sliding) Felt as if the seats had a weird kind of shape which just did not keep you in the same location.. If you get what I'm trying to say. Lot of potential but could have been way better
Hhappy Posted September 27, 2012 Author Posted September 27, 2012 Getting ready to ride hair raiser at ocean park
sspaz1000 Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 Looks like a great last couple of days on the trip!
