DoinItForTheFame Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 I want to sell this $11 million home in our area so badly!! It's our states most expensive home!!
ytterbiumanalyst Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 I don't want that house. That screams constant maintenance work.
Nrthwnd Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 ^ I assume if one can afford the $11 million price tag, one can also afford ongoing maintenance/upkeep.
CaptainUnknown Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 ^ Bruh. How do people not want that house.
ytterbiumanalyst Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 ^ I assume if one can afford the $11 million price tag, one can also afford ongoing maintenance/upkeep. Not a matter of affordability. I just wouldn't want to do that much work. I'd much rather have $200k worth of responsibility and keep the $10.8M.
DoinItForTheFame Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 ^ I assume if one can afford the $11 million price tag, one can also afford ongoing maintenance/upkeep. The current owners spend about $100,000 a month in maintenance and upkeep! ^ I assume if one can afford the $11 million price tag, one can also afford ongoing maintenance/upkeep. Not a matter of affordability. I just wouldn't want to do that much work. I'd much rather have $200k worth of responsibility and keep the $10.8M. Same!! I just want to sell the thing so I can get the $$$!!!
viking86 Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Went yesterday to see the gingerbread city here in Bergen. It's an annual tradition and claimed to be the worlds largest gingerbread city. All gingerbread houses are provided by schools, kindergartens and from the general population in Bergen.
