cooksta77 Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Random question: Will Six Flags ever consider hiring Intamin again?
DBru Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I can't believe it, but this is my... Â 3000th post!!! Â I guess I didn't realize how much time I really spend on TPR...but I sure do now! Â And on that note, I hit the hay. Â Night! Â -Daniel
ebl Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 "Will Six Flags ever consider hiring Intamin again?" (cooksta77) Â I'm guessing you mean "SFMM," because there are Intamin coasters all over the Six Flags chain. But I'll bet they will at some point. Â Eric
DBru Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Oops, I lied and made 2 more posts before going to bed. Â But now I'm seriously going to go to sleep... Â Night! (Again.) Â -Daniel
cooksta77 Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Yeah sorry. I'm a little tired! I asked because I want to see one come to SFMM!
thrillgeek Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 An Intamin hyper at SFMM would be pretty cool!! No even beter.....make it have a 90 degree 1st drop and a 160 ft tall loop
Bolliger&Mabillard Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I'm not 100% on this but I think it's Intamin that won't work with the park rather than the park not contracting Intamin. Something went sour in the Superman deal. Don't quote me on that, though.
cooksta77 Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I'm not 100% on this but I think it's Intamin that won't work with the park rather than the park not contracting Intamin. Â That's what I ment! Because SFMM only Intamin is Superman right?
thrillgeek Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 ^That's correct. Hmmm......what to do today???
terrancew_hod Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I got my volunteer assignment for White Party Week, which includes me hobnobbing in the area where the special entertainment will be. I'll see if I can get a pic with my favorite singer Jennifer Holliday. Anyway, I got a call from the office and I was requested to work the Leather Ball for the third year. I had to chuckle because I try to get out of working at that club because I end up getting images of 50 year old men in jockstraps burning my cornea. Â Not a pretty sight. Â I also requested to work with the organizers as far as getting any items requested by the entertainers so I won't be running as much. I would like to wear an outfit instead of my jogging suit; it just depends on how much running I end up doing. Â Terry
dandaman Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Is there a reason why the homepage displays TPR's Halloween Update in the right column as December 31, 1969? Â Dan "Was there another CoP breakdown? " Smith
cprocks22 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 ^Freebird!!! *said with southern accent* Â Currently writing a chapter review for AP Euro about mercantilism in the 17th century and all I have to say is... Dutch power!
socalMAN123 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Fix You pwns all. Greatest song ever. ---Brent
chmilo24 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 ^If that is the Coldplay song than yeah. Â --Chris
ebl Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 ^ Sorry to hear that. I like teh kittehs... Â Tonight, I put a blend of four-cheeses on my burger instead of my usual Cheddar. It was good, but I missed the Cheddar. Â Eric
ebl Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 ^ Most do, as do I, but honestly, I wish their burgers had bigger meat patties. Â I usually get the Flying Dutchman. That's the diabetic's Double Double, being that it's just two meat patties and a couple of slices of cheese. Period. Â Eric
thrillgeek Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Don't Califonians love In-N-Out? Â Most definitely!!! My favorite fast food place ever.
cooksta77 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 I knew every Californian would have said yes............wanted to make the others jelous! Â Also I agree In-N-Out does need bigger meat pattys. They should put In-N-Out in theme parks out here. Like what they did with Johnny Rockets!
