Airtime&Gravity Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 For you Disney fans: Â "I could never convince the financiers that Disneyland was feasible because dreams offer too little collateral"-Walt Disney
Token Yankee Guy Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 yay for monsoon season in vegas What the hell is this? I've never seen this before
Airtime&Gravity Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 ^Well at least you don't have to pay $5 for a glass of water. Also, didn't a monsoon cause a small flood in Vegas a few weeks ago, or am I thinking of some other city?
thomas2 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 "The student next to me sneaked a look at my test paper" Â I still find that a weird sentence!
Token Yankee Guy Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 ^Well at least you don't have to pay $5 for a glass of water. Also, didn't a monsoon cause a small flood in Vegas a few weeks ago, or am I thinking of some other city? Â ummm, England got hit by some flooding... As for vegas, we didn't have any floods a few weeks ago since we've been without rain for a few months now. We usually get floods here and there during downpours because of all the rain that comes down the mountains into the valley.
Scaparri Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 ^What!? The Token Yankee moved to Vegas? Â Anyway, I'm anxiously awaiting the end of my summer job, as well as anxiously waiting the announcement of next year's trips.
cprocks22 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Woot Voyage was my 100th credit this past weekend.
onewheeled999 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Bwahahaha, I'm still 85 credits away from the big 100. Â Does anybody know what really is inside of the haunted mansion? Because I know most of the ride is underground, what really occupies the top part of the mansion?
cprocks22 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 ^I actually got most (I would say around 75%) of my credits between when I was 12 and now. Â As for the Haunted Mansion - Ghosts...duh...
onewheeled999 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Then again, I'm smack in the middle of California. The closest good park is about 7 hours away, Six Flags Magic Mountain. And my family wouldn't go across the state just for a theme park or two.
Airtime&Gravity Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Six years ago today, the long closed coasters at Idora park were demolished.
IwantRevenge Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 sxix year ago today...I don't know what happened
Masked_Maverick Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 How can you think of yourself in a time like this? Â Â Because I have stood next to Death and people liked him better.
odene497 Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 I'm going to make toast and put butter and jelly on it. Â EDIT: It's good.
