robbalvey Posted November 14, 2011 Author Posted November 14, 2011 Late night TPR Bag-O-Crap contest going on! Easy to win!
aimster Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I love seeing all the goodies people are getting in their bags of crap! I still enjoy looking through the two that I've won in the past, especially the one from Japan this year. Looking forward to seeing more people post their crap!
coasterlover420 Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 First 2011 IAAPA Bag-o-Crap!! I was so excited about this. It was a heavy box, too. There was literally so much crap it wouldn't all fit on my kitchen table: soooo much CRAP! There's still some that's not even on the table... Awesome brocures from awesome companies More crazy things and an awesome GCI bag Yummy...the OCT booklet is pretty big! Still sooo much crap! Wouldn't be a bag-o-crap without....chocolate! Included is a map of the convention: it is so big it literally covers everything up And in the theme of all things huge...an xxl S&S power shirt! Â So many thanks go to Robb and Elissa for giving me an awesome early Christmas present! I have no idea how you guys managed to get all this stuff, especially now seeing the map of this huge convention...but thank you so much!
coasterkyle Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 I cant wait to get mine =D sooo much stuff
imagineerz Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Just received my Bag O Crap (More like "Massive OMG Box O Crap") Photos will be coming up today! You know you want to see them
imagineerz Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 (edited) Here it is, the moment you've been waiting for......  It's IAAPA BOX O' CRAP Time!  Note to Robb: How the hell were you able to fit everything in that box?!? You should seriously look into being an engineer  Anyway, onto the photos.  In true TPR fashion, everything came in a flat rate box, wrapped in tape. A lot of tape. Now that we know that it's a box containing fecal matter, let's open it up! "After Dinner Mint?" Piles of Crap Nobody EVER wins a big A$$ map. Just to show the size of this thing, I've decided to include Creepy Asian Robot Girl. So.....Much.....Crap..... GCI Man-Purse FTW! Need I say anything? Best company tagline ever The Premier sheets were cool, especially the logo/QR code thing I find this tagline similar to "Never touch a germ covered soap dispenser again" Zamperla's stuff seemed to be centered around the Air Race One of the better magazines I've seen from the industry Maurer chose to do their own newspaper, which had some pretty interesting concept rides in it. Contact book for all the vendors, nothing big... Cool concept, but they REALLY need to work on their Photoshop skills Dunno if you can see it, but there is some serious hairtime going on in that train. But wait, there's more! Order now and you'll get a third Funworld for only .00 More (S+P not included) Moser always has concepts that are "different" I'd rather be greeted by this thing than Creepy Asian Robot Girl in the morning 150 Inches. Aww yeah.... Still trying to figure out WTF this does... The photos in here were amazing, as were the blueprints, specs, and 3d models The Apple of the brochures. Clean layouts and a good matte/litho combination. Best use of URLs in a brochure Creepy Asian Robot Girl x17 Odd size. I thought it was a postcard at first. Lo-Q must really be dedicated to the mobile space if their brochure is going that small... This would be much easier than opening the whole map on the floor, I would think. Anyone know what the reasoning behind the 3 ring binder punches? For the quality of these, those staffers must have been working overtime to get their pages done... Folder of Crap inside a Box of Crap: Crapception Inside the Crapception This was plastered all over this brochure. Understandable. Weird and Wacky is right! So.....Much.....Crap.....  Now that we've established that crap is amazing, I would like to thank Robb and Elissa for choosing me, and I encourage you all to play for these. Whether it's IAAPA or regular, a Bag of Crap is fun for ages 2-92!  EDIT: And thank you for magically knowing my shirt size And to finish up, an overview of all my crap. DougMJr Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 My box-of-crap came while I was away in Canada. I should have pictures posted tomorrow! It really is full of really great crap!
larrygator Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 ^^I rode the Moser T-Rex at VidamPark two years ago, it's very intense. Â Congrats on your crap.
jray21 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 What an amazing Bag of Crap! I definitely have to win one of these one day!
robbalvey Posted December 2, 2011 Author Posted December 2, 2011 That is an awesome in-depth look at CRAP!!! Hooray! Â I'm anxious to see some of the other IAAPA bags-o-crap we have sent out. Â Also...I believe we have a few more that we can still send out! Who's interested?
Gutterflower Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Certainly interested. one of those bags had chocolate in it, who wouldn't be? Â Great picture reviews guys. Love the GCI man bags and its interesting to see how various companies portray themselves at these events. The Apple - B&M comment seem very apt, Would love to see a B&M store concept.
jray21 Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I'll take one of your hands if they are too much of a burden! The bags of IAAPA crap are amazing!

chadster Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Got a large box in the mailbox today, wonder whats in it, hmmmmmm. Oh yeah, CRAP! Will post a PTR after I dig myself out of all this awesome stuff!
chadster Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Crappy Report: Checked the mailbox and found this inside. It wasn't ticking, so I felt somewhat encouraged. Time to weigh in. It was determined that crap does infact weigh alot. Pakced in tight, just like....nevermind. I was about to share too much with you people. Moving on. @$($$^)*!#^& That box exploded all over my table!!!! Let's see, well, hmmmmm. Well, not sure where these make money, they obviously do, but the ones we had in town have all disappeared. Maybe they shouldn't be placed in locations where tornados are experienced. HELL YES!! Best.Zamperla.Ride.Evar. Plan your own ProSlide Water Park! Nout sure when this photo was taken, but the 80's haircuts just don't do it for me. This is cool, the cover has a finish on it that makes it look like a wave is coming at you. OK! And finally, the wholly grail. This says it all, uptime, uptime, uptime. This crap was so massive that I needed to buy more TP. Seriously. I was out. Â Thanks for sending me your crap Robb, much appreciated!
DougMJr Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 I got my IAPPA Bag-Of-Crap a while back and I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to re-size my photos and upload them... But you know what I have had time for! Carrying around my new man-purse with PRIDE! I'm confident in my sexuality. ^Sexy  You know what else is sexy? A BOX-OF-CRAP! Ok This box has such high capacity! "Ok, everyone scrunch together for a picture. Closer... CLOSER!" Punch a hole out of my man-card! I got me a shoulder bag! The big two, get along now. I've had my picture taken on the bottom coaster (MotoCoaster). Signed the release and everything. Sadly I have not seen any brochures with the picture. Lol. If you have not watched this segment of the IAPPA videos you have not LIVED! This actually went on my luggage minutes after the box came. I had to leave for Canada a half hour after it was delivered. I'm feeling wet already. B&M Certainly has one of the nicest booklets ever. Very well designed, a reflection of their coasters of coarse. There is a TON of reading material in the box! It will take me a while to get through it once! Just imagine all the times I can re-read this stuff! That night, man-bag in hand, I traveled to Canada. Dreaming of further exploring the contents of the box when I return home.  Thanks again TPR for the great Box-Of-Crap. I would encourage everyone to keep an eye out and follow TPR on facebook and twitter for your chance at a bag-of-crap.  -Doug "IAPPA Shoulder bag... it was a GIFT!" Mandell Jr.

ernierocker Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Nice touch with the Prince Desmond coaster on the coffee table.
