buckaroo234
yall got me working on RCT3 again, and since my laptop can handle it i went hardcore. RD, you should recognize this ride from a convo we were having. This is the product of about 4 hours of mucking around First drop, second hill and MCBR Leaving the station house Lift Hill (as seen from top) Transfer Track Lift hill, Station house and final brake run
QueerRudie
^ Very interesting- Is it a Moeibus, or just a dual-track racer? The detail on the platform is EXCELLENT- i've yet to really figure out how to do transfer tracks- but that looks spot-on. R.D.
jason10
If GCI made a slightly more compact giant coaster than the one in China, I would imagine it looking something like this!
buckaroo234
RD it is moeibus, transfer tracks are 2 unfinished hyper coasters and the tranfer platform is some random steel from JT steelworks
grrt
Any Schwarzkopf nerds have any comments on the layout before I start finalizing things?
COASTER FREAK 11
Whats with the straight piece of track after the first drop over the water?
djbrcace1234
Most likely a block section, which fits if this is an older style he's going for. It's nice, grrt. I'm sure R.D. will have other opinions I'm sure..
QueerRudie
Any Schwarzkopf nerds have any comments on the layout before I start finalizing things? 1.) It's not 'nerds' it's "Worshippers of HIS great works, the likes of which are not seen anywhere anymore, thus we are Blessed with the works of His design." (Joke, sort-of.) 2.) BRAKE RUN! BRAKE RUN! BRAKE RUN!!!!!! His works had longer than average brake runs for the most part, that is, there was space for at least three trains, and in some cases, up to five. You can also make a multi-tiered brake run (Have a turn before the next segment, as that's what His later rides and some portables had), but you need a longer brake run. R.D. grrt
I'm going for an old model look, like Revolution and SooperDooperLooper, hence the single loop after the long straightaway. I've changed it up a bit, there's now room for 4 trains safely, what do you think??
QueerRudie
Looking better, Grrt- and you've got the feel of the 'classic' FirstGen Schwarzkopfs down right. Is there a way to see the Brake run before the platform up close? I can't seem to see all the details of it from this perspective- R.D.
grrt
Didn't want to make the picture big for such a bland picture.. Hope this works well enough. There isn't much speed once it gets up the turn. It sort of coasts in around 10-15 miles an hour.
QueerRudie
Much better- but (In my opinion, mind you!) I'd perhaps add a third block on that straightaway prior to the 90 degree right turn- this gives you three blocks for the platform- and would be -perfect- considering the ride's overall profile. R.D. buckaroo234
OK RD, since you told me i had to build one this is my first attempt, let me know what you think (and feel free to be brutally honest, it is my first attempt). QueerRudie
No complaints at all- I like it. The layout is different, but the high-capacity system for the platforms looks amazing. If anything: I'd extend the MCBR a bit- but that's a minor complaint- R.D.

mcjaco
Just a little project I started. Lost the file, and restarted. Then sat on it for a year. It's a small park that'll have a small family woodie, an intamin coaster of some sort, and a dark ride to end all dark rides.......now to just sit down and build. Coconut Cove is rising from the ashes yet again. Shot0000 (Medium).bmp
