U2Rox Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 For all Mozz Fans, Morrissey's latest video, I'm throwing My Arms Around Paris, Album, Years of Refusal to be Released Feb. 17, U.S. Tour Begins in March!! Don't get me wrong, the set list was awesome (what little of it there was), he sounded great, and I still love his music, but that night kind of turned me off to any future Morrissey shows. I understand what your saying. Morrissey can be such a melodramatic, emotional mess sometimes. I've seen him three times. The last two were Great! No issues! At this one particular show in Glendale Az. I was even able to get three people away from him, it was Amazing! But my first show ever was back in 2002, again in Phoenix, Az. This was the start of a three year lead up to You Are the Quarry, anyway we were at the first show of the tour. Everything sounded fine to us, but Morrissey said numerous times throughout that he couldn't hear anything. Well, in the end it wasn't his best performance and he left the stage early, angry, and frustrated. So from experience, I know exactly where your coming from. If you can catch him on a good day, Go for it! I've already purchased our tickets for this tour. We'll be catching him here in El Paso, April 14. I'm excited!!!! This is a good album! The more I listen to it, the more I love It!!
U2Rox Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 New U2 album = 2 thumbs up. MUCH better than the last two. It's no "Joshua Tree, Actung Baby", but it's good. Would you believe I haven't heard the album yet!! I actually decided to wait till the album is released before I give it a listen. Call me Crazy, Well... Ok.. I'm Crazy! Maybe old fashioned on this one, but it really has been difficult to not listen to it! Glad you enjoy it!! I know I will be soon, Very SOON!!!!! Woah, Sorry for the double post!
BlackHole2005 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 For all springsteen fans out there. He is headlining glastonbury, And i'm literally beside myself with exitement! Plus: Fleetwood Mac, BB King, The White Stripes, Coldplay, Madness and Kanye West are all rumoured to be playing! Goose Pimples or what? Cheers, BlackHole2005
DiSab Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 ^I'm hoping I can get to at least one of his shows in the US. I'd love to get to the Chicago stop. So far he hasn't announced any dates in Ohio, but he did say he's be getting to Cleveland and Detroit at some point. I have a feeling he'll head on a second US leg after returning from Europe. Looking forward to seeing where he'll stop.
televisedconfession Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Depeche Mode performed thier single "Wrong" at the Echo Awards yesterday! Album release April 20 and 21!!! North American Tour Dates announced, depechmode.com I have a feeling this is going to be one hell of an album!!! That single gives me chills. I love it. Sounds like Depeche Mode is on the right track with the single. (Pun intended.) And the new U2 Album is quite spectacular. I reallllly loved How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. But this one, so far, is blowing that album out of the water. I would say this album is almost up there with War. I've got to give it a few more go through's before I say for sure though. And Morrissey's new album= FREAKING AMAZING. There's so much good music coming out right now, it's BLOWING MY MIND!!!!! Edit: The Official Music Video just got released for Depeche Mode's "Wrong". It is seriously one of the creepiest music videos I've seen in a long time. Wow. Prepare yourself before you watch it. It's killer. It's so good. I just can't get enough "Wrong" - Depeche Mode
Sir Clinksalot Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 I forgot about the new Morrissey. I need to get that.
U2Rox Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Edit: The Official Music Video just got released for Depeche Mode's "Wrong". It is seriously one of the creepiest music videos I've seen in a long time. Wow. Prepare yourself before you watch it. It's killer. It's so good. I just can't get enough "Wrong" - Depeche Mode OMG!!! This video is Crazy!!! I feel like I'm watching a crazy thriller suspense movie!! Wow!! Unlike anything Depeche has ever done!! My heart is still beating fast from watching!!
JamesMC Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Going to see Fleetwood Mac at the Allstate Arena (Chicago) on Thursday. I can't wait. I've seen F.M. 3 times in the Lindsey-less years, and I've seen Lindsey twice solo, but I've never seen the best of both worlds combined. Woo Hoo
Bob! Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 The King of Pop is back! I'm going to see Michael Jackson at the O2 Arena, in London this summer.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 First of all Lil Wayne +Guitar= Second of all^^ RHCP used to suck. I hate all rap mixed in with rock unless they are Nu Metal like Korn, Hollywood Undead, or Slipknot(not rap at all, but still the heaviest form of Nu metal) Only One No Life Spit it Out (Parts of) Liberate That's all I have to say.

Wes Posted March 18, 2009 Author Posted March 18, 2009 "The Hazards Of Love" is so fucking good. Blues-y and dark as hell. Basically if you liked "The Tain" at all, this feels like an expanded version of that.
