For the event they will have two adult mazes and one child maze, in addition to a scarezone. SOURCE ZOMBIE-LABORATORY "Something went wrong in the laboratory. A deadly virus that made everyone who came near to zombies and infected many of the scientists who worked there. The others locked the doors and fled. Now it has been quiet a long time. Do you dare to enter .. ? " Saturdays 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. Other days: 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Age limit 15 years (from 12 years accompanied by an adult) Location in park: Bumper cars building BLOODY SMILES "The circus traveled from TusenFryd. But they left something behind. We have for a long time found blood tracks around the stage, and several employees have disappeared. Can you help us find out what has happened?" Saturdays 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. Other days: 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Age limit 15 years (from 12 years accompanied by an adult) Location in park: Amphitheatre CHILD MAZE "Meet witches and other creepy creatures. Find your way by answering questions and doing simple tasks. Eventually you may end up with a reward." Saturdays 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Other days: 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. No age limit Location in park: Near Spaceshot, on the other side of the park from the "scary stuff". MONSTERS UNLEASHED (scarezone) "We thought we had all the monsters under control. But it was simply too much for us. Who knows what happens when they are loose ..?" Saturdays 15:30 16:30 17:30 and 6:30 p.m. Other days 14:30, 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. When the monsters are loose, it is recommended that children accompanied by an adult. Location in park: Area outside Nightmare. As I live on the other side of the country I will not attend the event, but I'm curious to hear what others thinks of the event. Interesting to note that since Tusenfryd is never open late it will all take place in daylight.

per2012 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 I went to TusenFryd today for their first ever Halloween event. I have to say I was verry impressed with what the park have done for their Halloween event, sure it´s not as big and fancy as Universal´s Halloween Horror Nights, but this was fun and scary. The park have done some theming in front of the main entrance, on the top of the escalator, down by nightmare and the bumper cars and some theming up by spaceshot. The park is devided into to zones, you got the less scary halloween stuff up by spaceshot and then you got the more scary stuff down by the Amphitheatre and down to Nightmare. There are a total of three mazes and one scare zone. We went through all the adult mazes early and where a little disapointed, in the Zombie-Laboratory it was just three scare actors and they didn´t scare us alot. But we did find out that after some hours when they got their tempo up and got used to scare people, the mazes just got better and better for each time. So afterall the mazes was really good We went through both mazes at least 5 times and they where so much fun, and even though we did know where the scare actors could hide we got surprised each and every time. First off was the Zombie-Laboratory, where you get greeted by a crazy scientist that takes you in to his Laboratory where one of his many experiments went wrong and the laboratory is now filled by a deadly virus. He then leads you through a door and you are on your own through his laboratory. This maze was really great, it had a lot of scare actors lurking around the corners. Next up was Blody Smiles. Behind the graveyard by the Amphitheatre you are greeted by a Circus director. He invites you into his circus. He tells you that his clowns haven´t had any to play with in a while and they are eager to play with you. You are then handed a tiny dynamo flashlight and then you will enter the circus. Inside there are a lot of scary clowns lurking in the darkness while creepy circus music is playing, and with no other source of lights than the tiny flash light it gets really scary when the clowns get close and you just see them when you turn around the flash light. This was the scariest of the two mazes. And finally we went for the scare zone. Which was a lot of fun. After all TusenFryd did a really good job and I can´t wait to see what they will do for next year Can´t wait to go back in two weeks
viking86 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 That actually looks pretty good for a first attempt! Bit strange seeing it all in bright daylight, but nothing they can do about that. How was the general consensus, did people mostly seem pleased? Thanks for sharing the report!

This park just needs to get rid of parques reunidos allready and tell us when that new awesome roller coaster is coming that we all are waiting for. Not give us the same burnout stuntshow 3 years in a row and no new attractions. No wonder attendances are dropping. They should be revealing something this summer season if they are going to make something out of the 30 years anniversary of the park next year, considering building time of the attraction/coaster. Speedmonster was announced on July 7, 2005 and premiered on 24th of april 2006. So we all wait in excitement. I've been let down by this park over and over since the takeover from the worst park operator in 2008. Can only go up now or can it ?

per2012 Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 A small update from TusenFryd The park is preparing for Halloween season and construction is undergoing for what might be an additional horror house for this years event. Halloween Billboard New addition to the maze lineup? The bumper cars are used for the largest maze. The amphitheater is the smallest maze. New addition will be bigger than the ampitheater but smaller that the bumpercar maze. Streetview look at the new maze

Water ride Screenbased Attraction Launch Coaster with inversions Roller Coaster without inversions Free fall ride Interactive Dark ride Simulator There was also some questions about how importat, height of the ride, speed, if there is a launch, inversions and theming for the ride would be. I got my fingers crossed for a Mack Launch coaster

Dissapointing but not suprising. With Liseberg and their new B&M Dive Coaster there is no reason to visit tusenfryd..
