Meteornotes Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I used to spell my name with only one r during my time in college. I used less ink and the money I saved with fewer pens offset the high cost of bread in Florida. Â Post Of The Day. Â dt
COASTER FREAK 11 Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I used to spell my name with only one r during my time in college. I used less ink and the money I saved with fewer pens offset the high cost of bread in Florida. Â Oh my god, You are retarded!
Hercules Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 Larry is also the spokesperson for buying in bulk.
TheStig Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I used to spell my name with only one r during my time in college. I used less ink and the money I saved with fewer pens offset the high cost of bread in Florida. Â Oh my god, Your are retarded! Â Fail.
Kennyweird Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 In relation to the swine flu epidemic: Â Horray for people eating pigs and abusing them!!!!! Â Fail! Eating pork doesn't transmit swine flu. The news should've pounded that into your head by now. Â No offense to Hercules, but it always bothers me when certain groups, no matter how well-intentioned, cite faulty or outright incorrect evidence to support their beliefs.
Hercules Posted April 28, 2009 Author Posted April 28, 2009 ^ Ah yes. I know that it doesn't (I actually learned it this morning on the radio as I don't watch the news on a regular basis and honestly haven't really been looking into it that much). However, the reason for that post was just saying that the pigs are getting your back for treating them like s@. Â Fail revoked.
Kennyweird Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 ^ That's great, but swine flu doesn't care about your moral beliefs - you're just as vulnerable as everybody else. Â [/lame discussion]
Hercules Posted April 29, 2009 Author Posted April 29, 2009 I don't have moral beliefs. I don't hold myself higher than anyone else. Â And, yes, I am just as vulnerable as anyone else, but I'm not worried about it. At this point, it is overhyped. And honestly, I wouldn't really care that much if I did die from it. I don't care if the entire world dies from it. The Earth would do a lot better without people on it. Â Continue the "lame" discussion if you want.
Hercules Posted April 29, 2009 Author Posted April 29, 2009 Yeah. I'm one of those antihumanistic, egotistical, liberal, vegan freaks that walks around and questions everyone's morals, and blatantly talks down to everyone's opinions about life.
Kennyweird Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 I don't have moral beliefs. Â I don't care if the entire world dies from it. The Earth would do a lot better without people on it. Â Â If you're truly amoral, then the earth and the continued existence and well-being of nature and animals shouldn't matter to you.
Hercules Posted April 29, 2009 Author Posted April 29, 2009 I do have my own personal set of morals. However, I don't like to hold them as morals because I don't want people to think that I am egotistical, and hold myself higher than anyone else. Â For example, someone asks me: Â Why are you vegetarian? Â I say: Â It is my moral belief to not eat animals. Â Â Now, the person automatically thinks that I am an elitest prick. I don't want to carry myself like that. I have my views, but I don't want to push them on people, or make it seem like I am the better person. However, I also do not think that it is right that I shouldn't express my opinions, as long as I do it in a respectful manner. Â Once again, I don't want to bog down a thread with this kind of thing. If you would like to continue the conversation, please feel free to PM me. Â Let's get the thread back to why it was initially started.
mcjaco Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 Can we quit bickering about who has morals, and get back on topic. Â I want dumb things said. PRONTO
Hercules Posted April 29, 2009 Author Posted April 29, 2009 Maybe he meant donate it as scrap steel to raise money for the new area? Â Actually I meant moving the actual coaster to Williamsburg because the Oktoberfest area needs something Schwarzkopf. But judging by a previous post somebody made, the coaster probably isn't moveable without damaging one of the parts. Â In response to not understanding my sarcasm about his previous post about Python, and then Beemerboy's response about the current shape of Python.
ginzo Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 Wait, so it's not airborne, its caused by droplets? Like poo right? So how are so many people getting this disease if it's spreading from "human to human" how is it spreading by droplets then, are they all throwing poo in eachothers faces?
Kalepi_Konei Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 ^ Okay maybe I should've re-worded the question better. Â How is it passing from person to person, if they said its NOT airborne, and it comes from droppings. Â I knew that post would end up in here. Â But it WAS relevant, just worded wrong.
dandaman Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 ^ Don't know if I'm missing something, but droplets aren't the same as droppings. As in "droplets of water" or, as the case may be, "droplets of spit-snot combo from a sneeze".
ginzo Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 ^Right. Bodily fluids released by coughing, sneezing, etc. Â And actually there is a real disease transmission route called the "fecal-oral route", but that's not what's happening here.
AllenA07 Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 ^Okay droppings...geez. Â Ok just to be very clear here, it's droplets not droppings. Those are two different things. Sometimes vocabulary matters.
Hercules Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 Just to clear things up a little bit:  DroppINGS - something that comes out of an animals ass  DropLETS - usually used to refer to a small drop of liquid, for example, water, or body fluid
