Clearly there wasn't any one supervising if Pluto's just running around like that to begin with which he shouldn't have been doing, but I think both parties are really at fault here. He probably punched or kicked the person in the costume and the mother should have been watching her son anyway. Don't you think that if a Disney camera guy was there he would have stopped Pluto from going after the kid? He probably would have said yo,it's not worth it,even though kids are annoying and stupid,it is not worth getting sued over,so just chill man. But, It doesn't matter.......The Disney character has to accept the fact that kids just don't understand that these characters aren't real. What I mean is that kids may think "it is only a pupet" so take can punch it, hit it or test it. It still NOT but it might give us a hint why such things repreat. All it shows is Pluto chasing some little kid around the square, and the mother getting personally involved. By the way, I think Pluto took a dive...that push the mom gave didn't look hard enough to make him fall, even if he did trip off the curb in the process. I would have told him to stop and found some other kid to take photos with or whatever they do. If he bothered me again I would have got his parent or got another staff member to help.
