MNdude Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 Pirates of the Caribbean has proven that amusement rides can be turned into great movies. Haunted Mansion has proven that amusement rides can be turned into horrible movies. But let's not stop here. These are ideas for the next batch of amusement-ridesturned-Hollywood-blockbusters. Link: blogzarro.com/?p=159 The superman movie is my favorite
robbalvey Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 That has to be one of the WORST articles I've ever read. I don't think one shred of it was even funny. --Robb
masterofthematrix91 Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 oh god that was terrible!! But i did like the idea about space mountain. minus Vin Desil
IceDragon Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 oh god that was terrible!! But i did like the idea about space mountain. minus Vin Desil You hate him too? Awesome! I can't stand him!
bulldogmom Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 I thought it was funny, but I do have a sick sense of humor. I liked the bumper cars one best.
RollerC Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 Was it really that hard for the writer to find a picture of a superman coaster? I mean there are tons of them out there...and they choose XFlight...
snuggles Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 And can he trust the carny folk whom he needs to stop the cyclone? No... No he can't trust carny's to operate a coaster.
chmilo24 Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 I think they should make the river rapids one, that one sounds very cool. Or maybe its the fact I want to see Jessica Alba all wet wearing a white T-shirt.
coasterdude5 Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 ^ That would make a very good movie. *see signature. The article was a joke, and not a funny one.
CoastersNSich Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 How about the Monorail? Yes, Conan O'Brien wrote "Marge vs. the Monorail" for The Simpsons, but it didn't have anything to do with Disney or another park's ride.
Chris Benvenuto Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 Well, I for one thought the Cyclone idea wasn't half bad.....but the others......ugh!
coastercrazed49 Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 lol................................................................................NOT!!!
IwantRevenge Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 The Buccaneer: Curse of the Nachos A crew of pirates with weak stomachs must endure extremely choppy seas after eating cursed nachos with cheese. Starring Steve Buscemi as Capt. Queasy. TAGLINE: Just when you thought it was safe to eat Mexican food and go back in the water!
Krazykral10 Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 So...I could actually see the bumper car one working...I mean they did make "Dude! Who Stole My Car!?"
waterviper Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 Wtf!! Was this supposed to be funny or serious? From what I read it is neither!
phazan Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 Alice in Wonderland, Indiana Jones, and Toad's Wild Ride at Disney Land....they would make for the best movies EVER!!!!
Disney Dood Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 Whoever made that article should be dropped into the desert from an airplane.
WillMontu Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 Robb could create a good Photochop contest out of this Imagine Peoplemover: The Movie
Homer Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 I think Batman and Robin: The Chiller would make a good movie. Oh wait...
Zen Coaster Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 I think some writers should be put out of their misery...
Adriel Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Dueling Dragons can be the next bigger-Eragon fantasy movie, you know. Added by a little "Flying Unicorn", it could be fantastic!
chmilo24 Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 I think they should make It's A Small World into a movie. Now that I would pay $10 for.
Disney Dood Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 I think they should make It's A Small World into a movie. Now that I would pay $10 for. That would be torture. No way in hell would I spend a penny on that one.
gnewton34 Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Surprised noone has said it. The Beast. There's already been a book written about it
